Sweeping & Cleaning Services: Providing sweeping and cleaning service complete in all respects which includes cleaning of toilets, rooms, corridors, verandah, office furniture, door & window glasses, outside area, roads, drains, garden, parking shed, etc.(NSI)(one job means one sweeper for one month)

Gardening Services: Providing service of Gardener/Mali for maintain of garden, etc. as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge. (NSI)(one job means one Gardener for one month)

Helper/Attendant Services/Photocopier Services: Providing service of Photocopier for photocopy of office documents and helper/attendant for upkeeping, record maintening, tea & water service, operating of pumps, locking of rooms and other miscellaneous works of Project offices, etc. as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge. (NSI) (one job means one Helper/Attendant for one month)

Supervisor Service: Providing service of Supervisor for proper supervision of cleaning, upkeeping, gardening, and other misc. work of Lakhwar Bhawan, as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge. (NSI) (one job means one Supervisor for one month)

Laundry Service: Providing of Laundry service like cleaning, dry-cleaning, iron pressing of office towels, curtains, National flag, table cloths etc. required for proper completion pf work as per direction of engineer-in- charge. (NSI)

Providing, stacking and Displaying Dahlia double kenya variety in different colour well developed with 3 to 4 flowers in half bloom, good foliage stacked with Green painted Bamboo sticks, 45 to 60 cm height in 25 cm Earthen Pot/Plastic Pot and as per direction of the officer-in-charge. (DSRH 4.24))

Providing, stacking and Displaying Marigold jaffri dwarf in different colour well developed with fresh & healthy foliage with 12 to 15 flowers in full bloom specimen 23 to 30 cm ht. in 20 cm Earthen Pot/Plastic Pot and as per direction of the officer-in-charge.(DSRH 4.36)

Providing, stacking and Displaying Aster Hybrid variety in different colour, well developed with fresh & healthy foliage in full bloom 25 to 30 cm ht., in 20 cm Earthen Pot/Plastic Pot and as per direction of the officer-in charge.(DSRH 4.7)

Supply and placing of garden pots (medium size) made of plastic of approved quality including loading, unloading, carraige to site and all incidental work complete as per direction of the officer-in-charge. (NSI)

Consumable Items: Providing consumable items for Cleaning and Upkeeping for Project office, complete all, as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge. (NSI)
