Earth work in excavation for structure as per drawing and technical specification clause 305.1 including setting out construction of shoring and bracing removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal up to any lead dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and laying plain/reinforced cement concrete in foundation/substructure as per drawing and technical specification clause 802,803,1202 and 1203 P.C.C nominal mix 1:2:4 (one cement: two sand: four graded stone aggregate) including carrige of material with in all leads, lifts and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing mild steel/ Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor teo level: Tor steel including carrige of material with in all leads, lifts and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work welded in built up section/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. in grating frames, guard bar, ladder railing, brackets, gates and similar work including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per (nine point thirty eight kilograme)100m (hundred millimeter) (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately). Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used. (With G.I. barbed wire) including carrige of material with in all leads, lifts and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 600 X 600mm (six hundred into six hundred millimetre) size anti skid matte finish full body vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% (zero point zero eight percent) and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm (twenty millimetre) thick cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 (three point three) kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying ceramic glazed digital floor tiles of size 300x600mm (three hundred into six hundred millimetre) (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as bottel green, black in skirting risers of steps and dado laid on 12mm (twelve millimetre) thick cement mortar 1:3 (one cement : three coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 (three point three) kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

15mm (fifteen millimetre) cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:4 (one cement : four fine sand) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing walls with 100% (one hundred percent) Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre (fifty grame per litre) and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives. New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/10sqm (one point four three litre per ten square meter) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90litre/10sqm (zero point nine zero litre per ten square meter) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10sqm (Zero point nine zero litre per ten square metre) over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10sqm (zero point eight zero litre per ten square meter) of approved brand and manufacture including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
