MISCELLANEOUS CIVIL MAINTENANCE WORKS IN HOC TOWNSHIP 2024-2025

Earth work excavation for foundation,trenches etc. in all classes of soil except hard rock requiring blasting, within a depth of 1.50 Metre, bailing out water if necessary, shoring and strutting the sides of excavation including back filling the sides of foundation with the spoil earth in layers, breaking clods, watering, ramming and consolidating and conveying and depositing the excess spoil earth for filling in low lying areas and levelling, within an initial lead of 50m and lift upto 1.5m.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 mix, with 40mm and downgrade hard granite broken stones for lean mix, including all charges for shuttering, mixing concrete, laying, onsolidating, curing ,including cost of cment of approved make etc. complete for foundation/ levelling course, flooring, etc.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 mix with 20mm and downgrade hard granite broken stones or lean mix, including all charges for shuttering, mixing concrete, laying, consolidating, curing, including cost of cement of approved make etc. complete for foundation/ levelling course, flooring, etc.

Brick masonry in cement mortar 1:6 using country burnt bricks, including raking joints,watering curing etc.complete. including cost of cement of approved make.etc.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4, 12 mm thick in one coat, floated hard and troweled smooth including necessary scaffolding, curing,etc.complete.including cost of cement f approved make etc

Providing a neat flushing coat of cement over cement plastered surface, including watering, curing etc. complete.including cost of cement of approved make etc.

Painting with two coats of approved quality and colour synthetic enamel paint to wood / iron work at all heights after cleaning the surfaces

Painting to inside walls, ceiling etc with plastic emulsion(Ace, nippon) one coat over a coat of cement primer including washing and cleaning the surface etc complete at all heights

Painting 1coat of approved quality Zinc chromate yellow primer on new/old ironwork after cleaning the surface well at all heights

Painting to outside walls with premium quality exterior emulsion paints (Excel, Apex,.... etc) of approved quality and shade two coats over a coat of cement primer, including washing and cleaning the surface, wetting etc. complete at all heights

Replacing the damaged window shutter glasses with 4mm thick plain glasses including removing the damaged glasses without disturbing the window shutter and frame including cost of teak wood reapers for replacement if required, nails, putty, labour for replacing scaffolding etc complete.

Supplying and fixing 15mm or nearest size brass screw down bib taps (weighing 400gms.approximately) of approved quality and make including cost of necessary taflon tape etc.

Supplying and fixing 15mm or nearest size CP BRASS PILLAR taps of approved quality and make. (weighing 400gms.approximately) including cost of necessary taflon tape etc.

Supplying and fixing 40mm dia full way gun metal wheel valve of approved quality and make.including cost of necessary taflon tape etc.

Supplyof Skilled labour like carpenter,mason,plumper,structural welder with weding set ,painter,steel/Aluminium fabricatoretc., with all tools and tackles for doing miscellaneous Civil works.(The rate quoted shall be for Man day of 8 hours.)

Supply of Unskilled labours (MALE labours) with all tools and tackles for doing miscellaneous Civil works.The rate quoted shall be for Man day 8 hours).

Supplying and laying 110 mm dia PVC pipes (10kg/cm2 pressure pipes.) approved make and quality including cost of all specials.

Supplying and laying 63 mm dia PVC pipes (10kg/cm2 pressure pipes.) of approved make and quality including cost of all specials.

Supplying and laying 50 mm dia PVC pipes (10kg/cm2 pressure pipes.) of approved make and quality including cost of all specials.

Supplying and laying 25 mm dia. PVC pipes (10kg/cm2 pressure pipes.) of approved quality for water line including cost of all fittings.

Supplying, threading / laying and jointing PVC pipe 20 mm outer dia pipes 10kg/cm2 conforming to IS 4985 for internal waterlines with all required pvc specials, such as tees, bends, bows,unions, reducers, etc. With clamps including cutting masonry wall or concrete floors, sunshades, etc and finishing neat with cement plaster, wherever necessary and jointing pipes with approved quality resin cement and fixing pipes with MS fixing clamps screwed on to wooden plugs embedded in masonry wherever required and making connection the existing line, etc. complete

Removal of blockages in the Sewer lines to the Septic tank as and when the block occurs. The line from the closet in the Ground/upper floor and upto the septic tank shall be cleared by removing the inspection chamber covers and R.C.C.cover slabs of chambers etc. and removing all the deposited materials in the lines and chambers by using ncessary tools and tackles.The deposited/un-wanted materials removed from the lines and chambers shall be deposited any where outside the Township premises. The entire system and the surroundings area shall be cleaned by watering and the covers of chambers shall be kept in the original position after completing the work. The rate includes ecessary earth work excavation and back filling if required etc.

Removal of blockages from septic tank to the soak pit as and when the block occurs. The line from septic tank to soak pit shall be cleared by removing the inspection chamber covers and R.C.C.cover slabs of chambers etc. and removing all the deposited materials in the lines and chambers by using necessary tools and tackles. The deposited/un-anted materials removed from the lines and chambers shall be deposited any where outside the Township premises. Septic tank cleaning as and when required including removing and disposingl of sewage at places anywhere outside the Township premises at contractor's risk and cost including cutting and removal of earth laid above the cover slabs,removing the cover slabs of septic rank,inlet and outlet chambers for cleaning the tank,clearing the route removing all the sewage and other materials,watering and cleaning the surrounding area ,relaying the cover slabs after completing the work, sealing the joints with CM 1:3 ncluding cost of all tools and tackles, materials, labours and transportation charges etc. complete. (measurement shall be based on the capacity of the septic tank in cubic meters).

Providing & fixing PVC door (sintex or equivalent) with shutter consisting of shutter frame made of extruded plastic section having dimension of 60x24 mm panelling with multi chambered hollow plastics section of 200x20 mm with an average wall thickness of 1mm jointed with one another by a tongue and groove joints and outer frame of door made of extruded plastic section of 68x60 mm or nearest on all sides including providing and fixing all required fittings such as anodised aluminium butt hinges, tower bolts handles with screws, MS hold fasts for fixing door frames etc. complete as per manufacturer's specification.(new pvc door shall be fixed in the newly finished wall after dismantling the existing wooden door and finishing the wall with plastering)

Supplying 450x300mm or nearest size beveled edge coppered back mirror of Indian quality superior make 4mm thick float glass, with hard board or plastic Sheet on the rear and fixing the same in position with necessary TW plugs embedded in cement mortar in walls and screwed on to it with C.P fixing screws or fixing by using PVC grip and screw.

Supplying and Fixing approved quality/brand/ make 10 litre capacity PVC low level cistern with all fittings flush bends etc.complete after removing the existing damaged one if required, giving connection etc. complete as per direction at site

Supplying and fixing Regular colour European type water closet (HINDUSTAN or equivalent) with P/S trap, Duro Plastic seat of matching colour/pattern and lid with CP brass hinges & rubber buffers 1no: 15mm CP regulating valve,1no: 15mm PVC inlet connection heavy type CP learning nut, 32mm CP Brass flush bend,10 litre capacity low level PVC flushing cistern colour to match with the closet with all fittings, etc. complete including connecting the outlet to the existing sewer pipe with required specials and making good the walls, floors, etc.

Disposal of surplus excavated earth, debrices, waste etc disposed any where outside HOC Township premises or factory premises at ambalamugal ,by mechanical transport including cost of all labour, hirecharges, loading and unloading charges, etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(The mode of measurement will be in CubicMeter and the size of truck will be taken. 20% voids deduction will made to arrive at net quantity.)

Providing new barbed wire / Replacing the damaged barbed wire fencing with new GI barbed wire drawn through the holes provided in the fencing post or by buckling the ins provided in posts including dipping in hot asphalt 80/100,tightening to full rigidity without any sagging etc. complete with 2 strand 4 points type II barbed wire.including cost of all materials and labour etc.(2.5 mm dia line wire and point wire with barbs at a distance of 75mm) including disposal of debrices at places pointed out anywhere within the ccompany premises.etc.

Dismantling and removing Weather-proof course over roof slab and cleaning the surfaces including disposal of debrices at places anywhere inside the township premises as instructed by the Engineer in charge.

Cleaning and washing floors of Quarterses of all Types at all levels using necessary tools and tackles like broom,brush etc.and detergent powder of good quality including leaning the windows,doors and cupboards etc.

Cleaning of roof top, sunshade projections,car shed roof tops etc. at all heights of buildings by removing dry leaves,plants,grass and other waste materials including disposal of the same at places anywhere inside the township premises as instructed by the Engineer in charge.( measurements will be in the plinth area basis)) and maintaining of roof clean till completion of work.

Replacing the damaged GI pipes of 40 mm dia laid for water lines (vertical pipe also) with 50 mm dia. PVC pipes,including cost of PVC pipe (10 kg/cm2 pressure pipes caffolding work,necessary excavation, back filling, removing clamps on walls, chipping on walls/floors for taking out the pipes and making good the same after laying the new pipes, cost of all labour,necessary fittings, tools and tackles, scaffolding,making connections with existing line, etc. complete.at all heig hts

Reinforced Cement Concrete work 1:1.5:3 for PreCast Slab, guard stones etc.using 20mm and down grade hard granite broken stones including all charges for mixing concrete,laying,cost of ecessary form work,consolidating, curing,cost of cement of approved make, lifting, conveying and fixing the newly casted RCC covering slabs of any thickness on top of drain in positionetc. coomplete. but excluding cost of reinforcement.

Supplying , conveying and fixing 550x400 mm or nearest size wash hand basin (Cera or equivalant make) white glazed vitreous china approved quality /brand/ make with a pair of CI brackets/rack bolts painted white, two coats , 1no 32 mm CP Brass waste coupling of standard pattern,32mm PVC Waste pipe with CP learning brass nut 1no: etc. including cutting and making good the walls, etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing 32mm dia PVC flexible Waste connection pipe of standard make for wash basin.

Supplying and fixing approved quality 600 x 20 mm or nearest size CP brass towel rod with brackets and fixing to wall with C.P brass screws and pvc grips etc.

Supply and fix / Replacing the damaged ceiling sheets and sheets of vertical portion of community hall stage with 4 mm thick A.C plain sheets screwed on to the wooden frame work/ collars / rafters already provided with CP brass screws of suitable length and gauge including replacing the the rafters/reepers if required ,painting the sheets with white cement two coats and painting the replaced rafters and reepers, including cost of all materials and necessary scaffolding etc.as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge at all heights.

Repairs to the steel windows by welding the damaged hinges,pivots,pegstays etc.of windows to its original position using suitable sections and replacing the same if required including cost of all labour,welding set, welding rods,materials ,scaffolding etc.complete at all heights.

Providing and laying100mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of approved make size and shape over 50mm thick compacted bed of 6mm course aggregate ,filling the joints,etc. complete as per the direction of engineer -in-charge

Providing roofing/cladding with AC corrugated sheets over new work/replacing the damaged with new AC corrugated/ trafford sheet of 6mm thick in scooter/car shed, community hall roof etc., including cost of necessary GI bolts and nuts, GI/bitumen washers etc complete including providing an overlap of minimum 150 mm at ends etc. complete at all heights

Providing ridge capping with new AC ridge sheets of 6 mm thick over new work /replacing the damaged sheets with new AC sheets, including cost of necessary GI bolts and nuts, GI/bitumen washers etc.omplete at all heights.

Supplying and fixing 600x450x200 mm or nearest size stainless steel kitchen sink (Indian make best quality) with 40mm waste couplng of standard pattern including dismantling the existing fire clay sink, fixing the new sink in the place, making waste connection etc.including cost of waste pipe and all other materials and labour etc .complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Supplying and fixing 32mm thick Anjili wood fully panalled shutters , single or doubleleaf,with 16mm thick panel planks to suit the door frame of size 100 mm x 75mm including cost of necessary hinges , aldrops, tower bolts, srews, labour charges for fixing all fittings etc. and painting with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and shade over 2 coats wood primer.

Supplying and fixing SS floor drain grating 100 mm dia size of approved quality including removing the existing and finishing the floors neatly as per the satisfaction of engineer in charge,

Supplying and fixing mortice door lock of Godrej/ Dyna or equivalent make, including removing the existing lock, making the door capable for the new lock, finishing for the smooth functioning including cost of all labours, screws etc. complete.

Cement Concrete Solid Block Masonary Work In C M 1:6 using solid cement concrete blocks (As Per IS 2185) of approximate size 300 x 200 x 150 mm for superstucture walls, compound walls stc . including curing , cost of cement of approved make etc.(The cement shall be of malabar/ dalmia/ ambuja make.)

Providing water proofing to floors,walls. all walls up to required height shall be cleaned and grinding to make it free from all dirt ,dust,debris ,and other components by mechanical grinding and wire brushing .Applying priming coat of acrylic polymer modified water proofing membrane Poly bond &Magno fix with cement and water will be applied as primer coating on the prepared surface and the surface will be allowed to dry. Applying main coating and final coating using Flexcoat 2k is an Acrylic cementitious polmer modified elastomeric , Waterproofing& protective coating in the prepared surface by brush. complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing toilet seat cover for European type water closet of approved make and colour including removing the existing, screws, labours etc complete.

Providing and laying 12 mm thick or nearest size first class light colured double charge vitrified tiles for floor (Johnson, somany, khajaria or equivalant make)over special adhesive material of approved quality (cerabond, Ramco, khajaria or equivalent make), as per the manufacture's specification, after making the existing cement floor in rough condition, dismantling and plastering the skirting,laying the tiles in uniform lines using spacers and levels, filling the tile joints withmatching colour epoxy (laticrete, mapei , weber or equivalent) using suitable spacers etc. complete

Providing and laying 8 mm thick or nearest size first class light colured vitrified glazed tiles for walls (Johnson, somany, khajaria or equivalant make) over spcecial adhesive (cerabond, Ramco, khajaria or equivalent make) including dismantling and removing the existing tiles/ mosaic by cutting in neat in neat lines as required and plastering the walls in lines and levels for match with the exiting daoding/ new surface, pointing the joints with matching colour cement,curing including disposing the debrices at places any where outside the township premises etc. complete

Reinforced cement concrete work 1:2:4 mix using 20 mm and down grade hard granite broken stones including all charges for mixing concrete,laying, vibrating, consolidating,curing, cost of cement of approved make etc.complete but excluding cost of form work and reinforcement.(The cement shall be of malabar/ dalmia/ ambuja make.)

Providing and fixing reinforcement to RCC works at all levels with MS ordeformed bars including all charges for steel, uncoiling and straightening rods, cutting rods, bending cold, placing in position and tying with black annealed tying wire of 22 gauge, cost of wire etc. (The reinforcement shall be of Tata /vizag/ Sail make.)

Providing centering, shuttering,including strutting ,propping , fixing and removing straight or curved shuttering in concrete during casting, for core holes, pockets, etc. of all sizes and shapes for building, equipment and machine foundations at all levels including hire for materials, cost of labour providing shuttering oil to surfaces in contact with concrete, etc. complete (Measurement to be made for the area of shuttering coming in contact with concrete only).

Providing water proofing work on toilet floors,walls etc. after increasing the gap in joints by cutting tile joints using mechanical means, filling the groves with three component of epoxy material (weber/equal) in the floor and wall up to height of 30 cm .Without damaging the adjecent tiles and other fittings, including cleaning the floor, wall etc ,after completion of the work etc.Complete as per the direction of engineer in charge , scope of work.

Providing, Laying, Compacting Granular Sub-Base using graded material on the prepared surface in layers of 15 cm thick in accordance with the requirements, lines and levels; as per the irection of Engineer in charge

Supplying and fixing door closer godrej/dyna or equivalent make, including all screws, labour etc complete.
