Erection & grouting of ST Pole -72 (13.0 Mtr.long) (Supplied by Department ) including digging of pits on 300x300x75 mm including 300x300x75mm.stone pad excavation of foundation ( Pit size 0.6x0.6x2.20 Mtr. of pole size ) for earrection of pole in all type of soil and fixing of all accessories of pole and grouting and muffing of pole back filling of soil and boulders. including fitting of all accessories with the cost required cement, sand , stone with fixing of all acccessories upto energisation etc. complete work as per RESPO specification and as direction of Engineer In Charge. Dismentaling of existing ST Pole -55 (11.0 Mtr.long) complete work as per direction of Engineer- In-Charge.

Digging of pit and grouting of M.S. Angle 65x65x6mm. Four side of the agter twisting cutting and wedling 3feet length complete in all respect with nuffing of pole complete as per direction of Engineer In Chqrge .

Laying, spreading, stringing and sagging of the line ACSR Panther on 33KV. Line conductor between including binding on insulator and fixing of clamps and hosing of disc insulator final jumpering for the following lines in all required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge as per specification and RESPO . 1 Span 60 Mtr.

Making of plinth & Retaining wall at Swampy Area near Nestle Company.

Replacement of existing damage cross arm.

Laying of 33KV XLPE Cabkle 3x400 sq.mm. cable in open trench after digging of soil as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Making trench with trenchless technology for 33KV. With laying of HDPE Pipe including cost of HDPE Pipe ( Atleast 160mm. Outer dia, 6mm. Thickness) at 2 Mtr. Length.

Fitting and fixing of termination Kit.

Muffing of Pole size 0.6x0.6x6 including cost of cement stone and sand etc as per direction of Engineer -In-Charge.

Jumpering of Panther Conductor Using PG Clamps.

Fixing of Stay set in to pit including excavation of earth of size 6x0.6x0.9x1.2 Mtr. complete as per RESPO drawing no. RES-16 with stay rod 16x1800stay wire 7/16SWG( Stay set and stay wire will be provided by the department ) and grouting of stay in pit with CC 1:4:8 in bottom of pit in size 0.60x0.60x0.60 Mtr. and earth filling complete in all respect with cost of cement , sand , & stone ballast and supply and fixing of all other items with stay clamps, stay elbow including proper nozelling etc. required for proper completion of work, as per direction of Engineer- In- charge.

Painting of following structure of STP SP 72with one coat of red oxide primer & two coats of aluminum paint Berger Luxol quality over cone coat of red oxide primer and P.O. red on top above guarding angle complete in all respect including cost of Paint.

Supply of X-arm Holding Clamps made of M.S. flat of size 75x8 mm. With 65x16mm.size ( 2 Nos. ) M.S. Bolt, Nut & washer duly painted by red oxide primer. The clamps should be free from any crack, welding & burrs complete in all respect as per sample
