FINISHING/FLOORING/DISMENTLING/CONCRETE WORK AND DEMOLISHING/ROOFING/STEEL WORK
Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper haiving VOC(Volatile Organic Compund) content less than 50 grams/litre of approved brand and manufacture including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour: two coats.
Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete
Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: one or more coats on old work
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering . All work upto plith level. 1:3:6( 1 Cement: 3 Coarse sand (zone-III) :6 GRADED STONE AGGREGATE : 20MM NOMINAL SIZE
Flooring:- Kota stone slab flooring over 20mm (average)thick base laid over and jointed with grey cemented slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cemen mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 04 coarse sand): 25mm thick
Dismentling and Demolishing: Dismantling roofing including ridges hips valleys and gutters etc, and stacking the material within 50 mtrs lead of: G.S.Sheet
Roofing:- Providing corrugated G.S Sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with plymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen a G.I Limpet washers filled with white lead including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlaping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizonal/vertical or curved surface) excluding the cost of purlins fafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.63 mm thck with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m square.
Steel work:- Providning and fixing 1mm thick M.S Sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S Gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Using M.S.Angles 40x40x6mm for diagonal braces
