M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates as over roof for making good depression/ undulation to make the existing roof surfaces as filling in depression of roof slab/ floor padding/ roof kerbs rounded or chamfered on edges coping etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level including floor finishes and removing debris from the site complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling glazed tiles/ kota stone/ terrazzo tiles any type as in dado/ skirting etc; including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing ) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of approved shade and pattern of size 350x 250x7mm/ 450X350X7mm/ 300X450X7 to 8mm thick or any other nearer size as approved by Engineer incharge in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 as in backing coat of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 16 -18mm thick granite (colour as approved) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, shelves, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms (vertical/ horizontal) and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mirror polished machine cut kota stone slab 15-16 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) and jointed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, 50 mm thick, surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement including provision of construction joints complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub floor, sub bases, floor and paving etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made table vibratory, PU mould, chamfered edge cement concrete coloured paver block of M-35 grade with approved design & pattern as in footpath, drive ways or parking etc; over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying factory made kerbs stone any size of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar (1:3), embedded in position including all necessary excavation, tamping ground around blocks and removal of rubbish/ surplus soil etc; making joints with or without grooves, drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in kerbs or benching etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone/ brick work masonry, built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work, serviceable stone aside for reuse and removing unserviceable material in low laying area complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for squared rubble walling jodhpur type, brought upto course, well bonded bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 over stone masonary, concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, includingcranking, bending spirally for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing steel scafolding & formwork etc for supporting RCC Slabs,chajja etc for carrying out the rehabilitation works complete all as specified & directed . Note:- The steel scaffolding & formwork etc catered for in the items above is for supporting the RCC members during the period of their structural rehabilitation. The scaffolding & formwork shall not be removed until the RCC members have gained sufficient strength. The decision of GE shall be final conslusive & binding in respect of the extent to which the formwork is to be provided & time of its removal.

Material and labour for EPU flooring anti static flooring complete all as specified and directed. Applied as per manufacturer's instruction consisting of following. (i) The preparation of old surface shall be carried out thoroughly by cleaning all foreign material and dust to receive the screed. (ii) Cracks filling with epoxy resin compound to match surface undulation of the floor. (iii) Application of low viscous epoxy primer having resin and hardner mixed and laid. (iv) Application of epoxy resin based self smoothing screed 3.00mm thick on the clean and dry surface having high abrasion resistance spread in uniform thickness. (v) Laying of self adhesive copper tape @ 1.5m c/c bothways. (vi) Aplication of conductive primer coat. (vii) Application of EPU based self leveling top coat of flexo hard EPU to yield an average thickness of 2.0mm over the primer as required . (Note:- The work shall be carried out from one of the make mentioned as under :- Fosroc/ Cipy/ Pidilite Industries/ Apurva India Pvt. Ltd./ Tri Polarcon Pvt Ltd. or any approved make by GE).
