Excavation of earth for pole pit of size 0.9 x 0.6 x 1/6 of full length of pole for erection of pole in all type of soil including proper dressing of sides and ramming of bottom including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed complete work.

Erection of following double support pole in proper level and allignment alongwith fixing of all accessories , like top channel, pin insulator, E clamp X bracing and clamps as per RESSPO construction manual.

Grouting of pole in size 0.45 x 0.45 x 1/9 of the support in CC ratio 1:4:8 ( 1 cement:4 graded stone 20 mm norminal size :8 coarse sand) block including cost of cement, sand and stone ballast back filling of soil and boulder in pit and ramming and proper alignment, leveling as per RESSPO construction manual.

Muffing of poles size 0.45 cm x 0.60 cm redious with CC 1:3:6 ( 1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone 10 mm nominal size) block size 45 cm height from ground level including cost of cement, stone and sand etc.

Fabrication of MS channel angle iron after cutting in required sizes with drilling of holes upto good finish for top channel, bracing and speicial type bracket etc. as per RESSPO sehedule and local approved drawing.

Earthing of support with M.S. earth rod of 2.5 meter long by hammaring of MS rod to proper depth and connecting the earth electrode with the help of GI wire as per construction manual.

Painting of poles with angle and channel and all steel part by one coat of rod oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint and two strip of fluorescent altemate red and white paint 30 cm wide upto 1.5 mtrs. From ground level.

Manual digging of cable trench 1 mtr wide and 1.2 mtr deep in mixed soil having soft and hard soil like stone and road cutting areas and rocky terrain.

Making trench by horizontal directional drill method for 33 KV UG line including laying of cable in HDPE pipe including cost of HDPE pipe at least 160 mm OD 9 mm thickness at 2 meter depth 1.2 and 1.5 mtr. Deep using horizontal directional drill method including excavation of pit and back filling, removal of excess earth from site including earth compressio and making good as original and laying of 33 KV XLPE HT cable 3C x 400 sqmm in HDPE pipe (160 mm dia PN-6, PE 80) as per the code of prctice for installation and maintenance of power cables a s per IS 1255:1983 or latest amendment using motorised mechanical cable pullers, roolers for cable support, hudraulic jack for cable drum etc. including termination of cable on terminal gantry or RMU and final testing of HT cable.

Supply and laying of HDPE pipe at least 160 mm OD, 9 mm thickness HDPE pipe (PN-6, PE 80 of size 160 mm OD).

Laying of cable loop etc.

Erection, testing and commissioning of HT cable termination kits/straight through.

Laying of B-Class heavy duly GI pipe as IS 1239 at road crossing, culverts, crossings by side of bridges with support hangers, fastners, complete in all respects.

Erection of GI earth strip 50 x 6 mm for connection of cable earth/earth bus/body earth point with thw earthing link of earthpit.

Errection of copper braid of size 50 x 1000 mm for earthing of HT cable.

Supply and fixing of special earthing for cable at different pole by 450 x 450 x 10 mm GI plate vertically 3 m below ground level with alternate layers of charcoal and salt atleast 200 mm thick around connected with GI strip running till top of pole complete.

Making of 04 Nos. inspection chamber as per the site requirement and design including supply of all civil material and MS bar
