| 1 | Taking down and dismantling the ceiling fan/ exhaust fan/ pedestal fan/ wall mounted fan/ air circulators/ flame proof ceiling fan/ desert cooler of any sweep and size from site and removing its allied smaller parts for cleaning, servicing, oiling and lubricating and replacement of unserviceable parts such as bearings, bushes, etc. and refixing the same fan in its original position with all the parts i.e. down rod, canopies, fan blades, spilt pins, screws, nuts and spring washers complete including, flexible chord of 24/ 0.20mm with necessary connector (for blade/ body) as required after rewinding complete all as specified and directed.
Note:- (a) Spares used shall be measured and paid seperatly under relevant items.
