Refilling, Repairing & Painting of different types of Fire Extinguishers alongwith other associated Works at 400KV Sub Station Bareilly, with all Cost of Men, Materials, Misc. Consumables, T&Ps etc. Required for Satisfactory Completion of the Work as per Technical Specifications & Direction of the Supervising Engineer, as per Details below : (1) Refilling & Painting of Following type Fire Extinguishers, as per I.S. 15683 - 2006 : (a) 22.5 Kg capacity Carbon Dioxide (CO2) type Fire Extinguisher.

(b) 11 Kg capacity Carbon Dioxide (CO2) type Fire Extinguisher.

(c) 4.5 Kg capacity Carbon Dioxide (CO2) type Fire Extinguisher.

(d) 2 Kg capacity Carbon Dioxide (CO2) type Fire Extinguisher.

(e) 22 Kg capacity Dry Chemical Power (DCP) type Fire Extinguisher.

(f) 10 Kg capacity Dry Chemical Power (DCP) type Fire Extinguisher.

(g) 5 Kg capacity Dry Chemical Power (DCP) type Fire Extinguisher.

(h) 45 Lit. capacity Mechanical Foam (AFFF) type Fire Extinguisher.

(i) 9 Lit. capacity Mechanical Foam (AFFF) type Fire Extinguisher.

(2) Replacement of damaged CO2 Gas Cartridge by new duly Filled CO2 Gas Cartridge for Following type Fire Extinguishers : (a) 200 gm capacity Gas Cartridge suitable for 10 Kg capacity Dry Chemical Power (DCP) type Fire Extinguisher.

(b) 120 gm capacity Gas Cartridge suitable for 5 Kg capacity Dry Chemical Power (DCP) type Fire Extinguisher.

(c) 300 gm capacity Gas Cartridge suitable for 45 Lit. capacity Mechanical Foam (AFFF) type Fire Extinguisher.

(d) 120 gm capacity Gas Cartridge suitable for 9 Lit. capacity Mechanical Foam (AFFF) type Fire Extinguisher.

(e) 200 gm capacity Gas Cartridge suitable for 1.8 Kg capacity Water type Fire Extinguisher.

(3) Replacement of damaged Rubberized Hose Pipe with Horn / Metallic Bend Pipe with Horn / Armoured PVC Pipe with Nozzle by new One for Following type Fire Extinguishers : (a) Rubberized Hose Pipe with Horn for 22.5 Kg capacity Carbon Dioxide (CO2) type Fire Extinguisher.

(b) Rubberized Hose Pipe with Horn for 11 Kg capacity Carbon Dioxide (CO2) type Fire Extinguisher.

(c) Rubberized Hose Pipe with Horn for 4.5 Kg capacity Carbon Dioxide (CO2) type Fire Extinguisher.

(d) Metallic Bend Pipe with Horn for 2 Kg capacity Carbon Dioxide (CO2) type Fire Extinguisher.

(e) Armoured PVC Pipe with Nozzle for 10 Kg capacity Dry Chemical Power (DCP) type Fire Extinguisher.

(f) Armoured PVC Pipe with Nozzle for 5 Kg capacity Dry Chemical Power (DCP) type Fire Extinguisher.

(g) Rubberized Hose Pipe with Nozzle for 45 Lit. capacity Mechanical Foam (AFFF) type Fire Extinguisher.

(4) Replacement of damaged Cap for 45 Lit. capacity Mechanical Foam type Fire Extinguishers by new Gun Metal / Stainless Steel Cap.

(5) Replacement of damaged Moving Wheel of 22.5 Kg & 11 Kg capacity CO2 type and 45 Lit. Mechanical Foam type Fire Extinguishers by new one.

(6) Pasting of Water Proof Sticker for various types of Fire Extinguishers.
