Disconnecting of electric supply from LT control panel and starter of submersible pump motor, removing the pipe line connection from discharge side, lifting submersible pump motor set of capacity 5 HP to 12 HP alongwith column pipe from bore well with the help of chain pulley block and Refixing of submersible pumping setof capacity 5 HP to 12 HP after repair and reconnecting with existing pipe line and making electric connection with the panel board including replacement of rusted nuts, bolts, rubber gaskets and clamps including transporting to workshop for repair complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Rewinding of submersible motor with PVC insulated copper wire of existing gauge after removing the old wire and insulated material, cleaning of stator slots and making good for winding all insulating material for submersible motor of capacity 5 HP.

Rewinding of submersible motor with PVC insulated copper wire of existing gauge after removing the old wire and insulated material, cleaning of stator slots and making good for winding all insulating material for submersible motor of capacity 12 HP.

Disconnecting the submersible pumping set of capacity 5 HP to 12 HP and reassembling after repair/replacing spare parts including testing and commissioning. Note:- 1. Spare parts required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items as supply only. 2. Make of spare parts shall be of KSB/Kirloskar .

M&L for Cleaning of RCC Underground/Semi underground reservoir / tank with removal of silt and scrapping the internal surfaces of the tank with wire brush, removing the fungus, deposit and depositing the scrap not exceeding 100 mtr and washing the tank with bleaching powder solution including applying two coats of lime wash on internal surface and two coats of cement based paint over external surface complete and painting black base and writing “TANK CLEANED ON ………..” complete and writing letters not less than 4” size for 50000 Gallons capacity all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Cleaning of MS OH reservoir tank after removing/draining out, silt/residual silt and scrapping the internal surfaces of the tank with wire brush, repairing of damaged parts by welding/jointing, removal of all the fungus, deposits and depositing the scrap where directed not exceeding 100mtr and washing the complete tank with bleaching powder solution complete all as specified and providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint over internal and external surface of tank complete and painting black base and writing “TANK CLEANED ON ………..” complete and writing letters not less than 4” size for 5000 Gallons capacity all as directed by EIC.

Note :Deduction for amount of Rs 18,730.00 as listed in Schedule A Part - II ( Schedule of Credit) shall be made while awarding of contract.
