Dismantling of wire fencing any type & size complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in Post holes (or similar holes ) in any type of soil, each not exc 0.5 cum , getting out , returning filling and ramming carts not exc 25cm , watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and making good surface complete

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation bed of manhole, drains and steel post embeded etc all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in repair only chain link fencing including line wires any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolt, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as spd and directed. only chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type complete all as spd and directed.

M & L mild steel bolts diameter of neck n exc 12 mm purpose made.with hexagonal orsquare head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel work as in flat tie for post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed ,drilling holes ,notching wire etc, flat iron including drilling holes , confirming to Fe 410-O or Fe -310-O

S & F Fe-410-W(GdeE-250) quality B Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections,fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated)

M & L for tightening of loose Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) as obtained from item no-2 refixing the same above complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss complete

S & F Fe-410-W(GdeE-250) quality B Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails,guard bars, grills and grating, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, ) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of Synthetic enamel paint applied with fully automatic airless spray machine complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old rusted gate ,steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of Aluminium paint applied with fully automatic airless spray machine complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 60 mm thick, M-35 grade machine pressed pre-cast concrete interlocking paver block confirming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment in any shape and size, laid dry over sand cushioning including demolition of old tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with in equal proportions & pigments with red and yellow colour over including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 including demolition of old tiles complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 400x400 mm out door vitrified designer anti skid coloured tiles including designer borders tiles (Square/ rectangular) floors/path/hard standing etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including 15mm thick screed bed in cm-1:6 ncluding demolition of old tilesall as spd & as directed.

M & L for Providing precast cement type C-0 1:3:6(12.5mm graded aggregate ) concrete louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (mea sured solid), set in cement mortar 1:6 including all mould- ings but excluding frame complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressesd precast cement concrete kerb stone outer coloured surface size 150mm long 100mm wide and 350mm deep in PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate including weathering, slightly rounded or chemferred angles and throating , as directed edges joint filling in CM 1:4 complete including earth work for kerb stone and taking down existing detoriared kerb stone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously treated surfaces of kerb stones and applying adquate nos. of coats of painting with glossy paints for day and night visibility with different color combinations black/white or yellow/black over one coat of priming paint complete all as specified and directed .

S& F in repair 2 mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent Plain sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall , gate etc complete all as specified

S&F in repair steel framed work with hollow Ms tubular section including special shaped washer etc. complete using induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S.1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position and any description including cutting of reinforcement bars to facilitate demolition complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing pre-cast cement concrete landing, cover slabs, chullah hoods, chajjas, shelves and similar items with plain faces in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Notes:- Tenderers may note that amount as given in schedule of credit will be deducted from the total amount to worked out the net contract sum at the time of Acceptance of tender.
