M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surface over 10cm width or grith complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of timber scantling 40 sqcm and over in section, in any position as in framed work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for second class hard wood (sal) in timber scantling (wrought) as in framed and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, new or old, of any description and girth, not otherwise described and treated with creosote complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches, pillars,etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size full brick subclass ‘B’ burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall surfaces including glazed tiles wherever exists including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water and removing unseviceable materials out side MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plastering on concrete block wall in two layers, Ist layer 10mm thick CM (1:4), and IInd layer 5mm thick CM (1:4), surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with WPC (liquid type) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC (Liquid type) shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Supply only WPC integral water proofing compound (Liquid type) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The newly plastered surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even and smooth all as per satifaction of Engr-in-Charge. The cost of all materials, T&P and labour required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted.

M&L for preparing old decorated plastered surfaces of wall by complete removal and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The old plastered surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even and smooth all as per satifaction of Engr-in-Charge. The cost of all materials, T&P and labour required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted.

M&L for 15mm thick plastering on fair faces of brick wall in CM (1:6) surface finished even and smooth with out using extra complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces on wall and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over alkali resistance for primming to distemper for smooth finish of wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall, pillasters, cornices etc and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over alkali resistance for primming and 1mm thick of Birla/ JK wall care putty for smooth finish of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards ( fibre, pulp insulation etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets of any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F false ceiling at all heights with semi perforated 12 mm thick micro tegular edged GRG false ceiling tiles of Size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance edged GRG thick square edged of 99%, NRC0.50 to 0.75 as per IS false ceiling GRG false ceiling 8225:1987, Noncombustible as per BS tiles tiles 4 76 (part 4 )-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main- T runners of size 15 x 32 mm of length 3000mm,cross-T of size 15x 32mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15 x 32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of s1ze 600x 600mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1 OOOmm length and Lshape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x 24x0.40mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall I partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall wood screws complete all as specified and as directed.
