Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam clay, or sand )including filling lift upto 1.5 metre (5fts.) and lead upto 30 m.(100 fts.) & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer - in - charge upto a distance of 30 M. (100 fts.) from the foundation trenches.as per SI No 251

Granular Sub-base with well Graded Material (Table400.1)Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Class M-150 B/W in 1:4 cement and Course sand mortar of 1.25 mm FM mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials as per SI No 305(b)

Providing, laying, G-3 spreading and compacting stone aggregated of specific sizes (53 mm to 22.4 mm) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth whee roller 80-100 Kn in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening / binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 As per MORD Sr. No.4.7(3) & Technical Specification Clauses 405.

Interlocking Concrete Block PavementProviding and Laying of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements having thickness 80 mm as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504.

P/L cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 course sand : 4 stone ballast 20 mm nominal size ) including supply of all materials, labour & T & P etc required for proper completion of the work and curing complete also including cost of formwork in foundation and floors. as per sor 5.279 (b)
