Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or overall areas in earth work such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work, jumper blasting work soft and hard blasting and saturated soil, de-watering, including wedging out rocks where blasting is prohibited, chiseling or any other mixed variety of soil, including shoring, strutting or bailing out water upto any depth or any height quantum of water including dewatering removal of slush and stacking the serviceable and unserviceable material clear from the edge of excavation and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge and returning the stacked soil in 15 cm (Fifteen centimetre) layers, when required into plinths, side of foundation etcetera consolidating each deposited layer by ramming watering and then disposing of all excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge, within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Excavation work by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/ manual in all height and depths and in all kind of soil including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work both in soft and hard rocks, chiseling/ wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil , setting out true to the required line, grades, width, cutting and trimming of side slopes as shown in the drawing and if water is met with in the excavation due to springs, seepage, rain and other causes it shall be removed by the suitable diversion pumping or bailling out and excavation shall be kept dry wherever so required by the contractor at his own cost as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge and disposal all surplus excavated soil in acquired width or at an approved dumping site including its stacking leveling dressing including all lead and lifts by head load, mechnical transportation or by any oyher mode of transportation with all cost of labours, machineries and other incidentals to complete the work as per HP PWD specification. Any loss to the public/ private property during the course of execution and disposal of unserviceble meterial shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him in all case. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etcetera including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, upto any depth including getting out the excavated soil, then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm (Twenty centimetre) in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etcetera and disposing of surplus materials/excavated soil as per specification, approved drawing, design, specification and as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government. .

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors,including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing & Filling in plinth with hard stone under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and filling with stone boulder behind retaining walls of selected hard stone complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete 1:5:10 (One cement isto five sand isto ten graded stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetre) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth complete as per architectural drawings including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per approved specifications drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement isto four sand isto eight graded stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetre) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth complete as per architectural drawings including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per approved specifications drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete 1:3:6 (One cement isto three sand isto six graded stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetre) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth complete as per architectural drawings including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per approved specifications drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 110mm (one hundered ten millimetre) diametre with working pressure not less than 4.00 kg/cm2 (four point zero kilogram per centimetre square) ISI marked PVC pipe weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain reinforced concrete, Abutments, Wing walls, Return walls and retaining/breast walls extended through the full width of the structure with slope I(V):20(H)(One vertical : Twenty Horizontal) towards draining face complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification section 700 and 1200 and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
