Amount

Erection of temporary wooden ladder for Statues: Hire charges for erection of Temporary wooden ladder for the Statues on the occasion for honouring with garlands based on the height of the respective statues. Specifications: Minimum of 25 steps per ladder with each step of 100 cm in Length x 35 cm in width. Handles on both sides of the wooden ladder must be erected. The wooden ladder must be covered with white cloths and decoration with disco flowers, and the steps should be covered with red carpets.(The rate to be quoted is for each function)

Statues with permanent ladder: Hire charges for covering permanent ladder of Statues on the occasion with white cloths and decoration with disco flowers, and the steps should be covered with red carpets. (The rate to be quoted is for each function)

Erection of small stage for music party: Hire charges for erection of stage on the occasion for capacity of 10 persons. Specifications: Stage with a height of 2’ with the size of 16’ x 16’ along with steps to the stage should be erected at function venue. The stage and the steps must be covered with red carpets.(The rate to be quoted is for each function)

Provision of iron banner stand near the Statues: Hire charges for provision of 7’ x 7’ iron banner stand on the occasion with proper painting to erect digital banner of size 3’ x 7’ near the Statues.(The rate to be quoted is for each function)
