NOTE : Reinforcement shall be Measured and Paid for separately under relevant Item(s).

Material and labour for 25 mm thick cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor , levelling course complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for pre-polished pavement coloured (Red / yellow) chequred tiles glossy finish of size not less than 300 x 300 x 20-22mm thick with anti skid properties laid over 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTE:- Amount of credit of Rs. 104250.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit Page No 16 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
