ANNUAL OPERATION and MAINTENANCE CONTRACT OF MULSIFYRE SYSTEM, FIRE HYDRANT SYSTEM, 220 V BATTERY CHARGERS (2 NOS.) AND 220 VOLTS BATTERY SET (2 NOS.) INCLUDING DC DISTRIBUTION BOARD AT 400 KV SUB STATION RISHIKESH

Operation & Maintenance of fire hydrant System installed at 400 kV Substation Rishikesh including removal of defects and change of damaged parts, if found, by their replacement of parts/(Component which are to be provided by the department at free of cost). All T&P, skilled & unskilled labours for operation will be provided by the contractor). The above mentioned work will not include the work of overhauling and major reparing work.

Operation & Maintenance of Mulsifire system at 400 kV Substation Rishikesh including removal of defects and change of damaged parts,if found, by their replacement of parts(Component is to be provided by the department at free of cost).All T&P, skilled & unskilled labours for operation will be provided by the contractor. The above mentioned work will not include the work of overhauling and major reparing work.

Annual Maintenance of 2 Nos. 220 V Battery chargers and 220 volt DC distribution board which will include tracing of fault & its removal, replacement/repairing of damaged parts like diodes, transistors, indication lamps, HRC fuses, (which are to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost), The spare parts other than the above and rewinding or replacement of varies (Autotransformer) will be provided by the department free of cost. All required T&P, service Engineer, skilled/unskilled labour for the work has to be arranged by the contractor.

Annual Maintenance of 2 Nos. 220 Volt Battery sets, each containing 110 Nos. Cell which will include taking of the daily & monthly readings (voltage & Sp. Gravity including correction according to ambient temperature) of all 220 Nos. Cells, maintaining of log books, checking of electrolyte level of each cell and toping of the distilled water if needed, cleaning of vent plugs, tightening of nut bolts (inter connection of cells), applying of petroleum jelly, checking/tightening of cable connections. In addition putting the complete set on boost charging periodically and other related work as per direction of supervising Engineer. All material & T&P required for the work will be provided by department free of cost however skilled/unskilled persons has to be arranged by the contractor of his own cost.
