Providing and Laying of Bituminous Macadam to junction areas from Ambalamedu house junction to Phase 2 Gate of FACT Cochin Division, Ambalamedu, Kochi.

Scarifying existing road / WMM layer/ earthen surfaces with power tools/ machinery and levelling of all scarified materials within the road surface and disposal of excess materials to nearby areas within a lead of 50m followed by rolling of the surface with 8 to 10 Te power rollers

Supplying and stacking at site 36 mm or nearest size hard granite broken stone for pre-measurement

Supplying and stacking at site 24 mm hard granite broken stone for pre-measurement

Supplying and stacking at site 12 mm or nearest size hard granite broken stone for pre-measurement

Supplying and stacking at site 6 mm down grade size hard granite broken stone for pre-measurement

Supplying and stacking at site fine aggregate approved by department for pre-measurement

Supplying and stacking at site paving bitumen VG-30 or equivalent in sealed container for measurement

Supplying and laying Wet mix macadam as per MORTH section 406 and consolidating with power roller 8-10 capacity to lines and levels after clearing the potholes/ undulations if any as per departmental instructions

Providing metalling leveling course as semi grout for filling pot holes and dips in road using departmental materials viz; 36 mm metal & VG-30 bitumen @ 27.50 Kg/Cu.m of metal after forming the potholes to regular shape, removing loose and defective material,applying hot bitumen with pressure sprayer and compacting with power roller / iron rammer to get a compact surface including hire for roller, boiler, sprayers, cost of fuel and oil, wire brushes, pouring cans, lighting, watching and other sundry stores etc.complete as instructed at site (Measurement will be based on stack measurement for 36 mm broken stone vide seperate item)
