PART - A Dismantling all type of masonary excepting cement concreate plane or reinforces, staking sevisable material at site and removaing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 mm.in ground floor including roof
Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m.In ground floor including roof upto 150 mm. thick.
Earthwork in excavation of foundation trenches or drains in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite and sand stone), including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils, as directed and including trimming the sides of trenches, leveling, dressing and ramming the bottoms, bailing or pumping out of water etc. as required complete. Depth of excavation not exceeding 1.5 metre (not required shoring).
Earthwork in excavation of field trenches as per design section & alignment for laying of pipelines( PVC,RCC,ACP etc) upto a depth of 1500 mm in all sorts of soil including removing, spreading or stacking extra earth as directed.The includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, leveling dressing and ramming the bottom bailing out water as required complete pipe laying
Earth work in filling in trenches after laying pipe lines (PVC, RCC, ACP etc.) with good earth obtained from excavation of field trenches in layers not exceeding 225 mm, including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment will be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work.)
Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 15 cm. As directed and consolidating the same by through saturation with water and ramming complete, including the cost of supply of sand.
Laying of PVC pipes of different diameters within field trenches in curve/ straight line including using UPVC fittings, Viz. Horizontal and Vertical Bends, riser pipes, Tee Reducer etc.and making leak proof joints with couplers after roghening the surface with wire brush and emery paper and applying solvent cement (The rate is inclusive of transport of pipesfittigs and solvent cement to be supplied by deptt.) all complete asper direction of Engineer-In- charge for 315mm dia.

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 metre using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams, columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor). Above 325mm. to 30 mm. thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In-Charge
Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structure including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc. including supply of rods, initial straightening of bend bars excluding coil bars and removal of loose rust (if necessary) cutting to requisite length, hooking, bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 1.626 mm (16 SWG) black annealed wire at every inter section complete as per drawing and direction including cost of wire upto 1st floor level. ( For Tor steel) for SAIL /TATA /RINL,
Brick work in cement mortar (1:6) with first class kiln burnt bricks including racking out joints, scaffolding and other incidental works etc. complete in foundation and plinth.
12.5 cm. thick 1st class brickwork in cement mortar (1 : 4) in ground floor including, scaffolding, racking out joints etc. complete.
15 mm thick plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with (1:6) sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners, as directedand racking out joints or roughening of concrete surface including throating. Nosing and drip course as necessary at ground floor 15 mm thick (1:6) proportion.
20 mm thick plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with (1:6) sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners, as directedand racking out joints or roughening of concrete surface including throating. Neat cement punning about 1.5 mm. thick in wall dado, floor, drain, door and window sill etc. complete.
Repair of puncture/holes of any size in existing P.V.C. Pipeline of HDTW/MDTW/RLI by placing half round P.V.C. Pipe section of required size to cover the holes/ puncture having adequate bearing on all sides and joining the half round section with solvent cement after roughening the surface with wire brush, emery paper to make the joint leak proof as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge (cost inclusive of supplying solvent cement at site , for cutting half round section, from Sub- Divisional Stores to site) for 315mm dia

Taking out the condemmed 150 mm dia. N.T.P.fT.P./ Alfa-Alfa valve from150 mm dia. M.S./G.1.pipe of existing spout chamber by careful chiseling with least disburbance to the existing system of structure upto required limit and fitting, fixing of new one with 150 mm dia. M.S./G.1.pipe in properposition of the spout chamber using havoc zinc jute so as to make the joint leak proof including mending good all damages and returning back the condemned materials at store as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Supplying, fitting and fixing including transportation of sign board for identifing the exact location of Major RLI scheme ( one at rode side and other at site) the board will be made 3 mm thick MS plate of 300 mm X 600 mm and fitted and fixed on 50 mm GI Pipe of IS 1239/90 (part-I) including cutting, welding and writting of both sides of Sign board. Base - Yellow, and ward - Red. Both bottom end of the stands pipe will be grouted in 1:2:4 CC on a single brick flat soilng. This will include one materials and labour complite as per drawing and direction of EIC.
Testing of pipe line system against leakage by fillinh the distribution chamber with water and supplying water through the entire pipe line net work for atleast 4 (Four) hours including hiring and transport of suitable generstor , pump , tools and plants, fuel and lubricants and installation of the pump connecting the same with pipe line network making necessary electrical connection and dismantling all these after completion of test all complete as per direction of Engineer -In -Charge.
Carriage of Departmental materials from the Deparmental Store to the work site and return back the damaged/replaced and unused materials to store including loading & unloading complete at single sides by TempoNan Rikshaw/Mini Truck etc. upto 25 Km distance in one way for Delivery pipe, Surge Tank, Bend, Valve etc.
