Jobs to be done: DESCRIPTION OF WORK: 1. Damaged steel tube dismantling of machine. 2. Steel tube cutting straightening and alignment and steel welding-2 Nos.. 3. Travel motor cover dismantling machine-4 Nos.. 4. Travel motor cover cutting straightening and alignment-4 nos.. 5. Cover welding with additional plate. 6. New hose supply and fitting. 7. New clamp supply and fitting-6 Nos.. 8. Broken bolts removing and new thread making. 9. HT bolts and washer supply and fitting-32 Nos. Material Required:- DA cylinder-02 nos, Oxygen cylinder-04 nos, Gauging electrode-08 kg, Low hydrogen electrode-13 kg, Steel electrode-05 kg, Grinding wheel-04 nos, HT bolts and spring washer-32 nos, Hose-01 no, Steel calmp-06 nos. Repairing work should be completed with all required materials and manpower.
