Excavation in foundations, trenches etc., in earth work, lift upto 1.50 Metres stacking the eacavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm. layers, when required in to plinths sides of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 metres complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall (any thickness but not less then 0.10 Mtr. Thickness) i/c attached pilasters buttresses ,plinth and string courcess etc. from top to foundation upto floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the directions and satisfactions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6( 1 cement : 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying,jointing and testing of galvanised mild steel (plane ended) duly flanged after every 100 Mtr.. with intermediate circumfesential butt welded joints of below mentioned dia and class i/c.cost of flange,bends,tees etc. The fixing of M.S.Flanges as per IS-814:1967 should be done on both faces to make the joint leak proof and capable withstand the required Hydraulic pressure. The flanges should conform 6392-1971 with specified number and size of M.S.nuts and bolts as per Table mentioned below and ISI-MarkedSBR rubber flange gasket not less than 3mm.thick(Excavation in trenches etc.to be measured and paid for for separately).

Providing, laying, jointing & testing of M.S.E.R.W. Pipe ( ZINC COATED) duly flanged after every 100 mtr. with intermediate circumferential butt welded joints conforming to IS:3183-2007 (latest with up to date amendments) of steel grade Fe-330 having wall thickness 4.80mm including the cost of specials such as tail pieces reducer, tees and bends of required drgree.Test pressur 5MPA required length of pipe is 4 - 6 mtrs. The M.S. flange to be conforming to table-5,11 of IS: 6392 - 1971. The welding should be done in two layers on both the faces to make the joints leak proof conforming to IS: 816-1965 with electrode conforming to IS: 814-1967 including the cost of required nos & size of M.S. nuts & bolts conforming to IS: 1369 -1971 and asbestos fiber jointing gasket ( compressed ) sheet not be less than 3mm in thickness conforming to IS:2712 -1985. The laying of pipe should be conformed to IS:5822 - 1994 pipe should be provided with Anticorrocive galvanizing treatment. MS flanged at site complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction & satisfactions of the Engineer - in-Charge..

Providing and fixing Inlet, G.I pipe 50mm dia and Outlet, Scour & Over flow G.I pipe 50mm dia and length maximum six meter each including by pass arrangement, Sluice valve and pipe fittings all diameters.(Pipe shall be supplyed by the Department)
Providing and fixing 2mm thick M.S. sheet man hole cover of size 0.60X0.60 metre welded with bottom frame size 0.60X0.60 metre of angle iron size 40X40X6mm and cover frame of M.S angle iron size 25X25X5mm using central cross pipces along with locking arrangement and welding complete and applying a primer coat of red lead paint ( the weight of cover and frame to be not less than 20.15 kg.).
Providing and fixing of galvanised iron pipe M.S. Angle iron ladder from man hole to bottom of reservoir and from ground level to top of proof up to manhole.
Cast iron ventilater pipe with cowl mosquito to proof cover of suficient length suitable for under ground reservior..
All other required accessories such as bell mouth, control valve for outlet, inlet and by pass line lighting conductor (if required ) water level quard (indicator).
All the fitting shall be embadded in the structure whole the work is in progress.
All connection shall be left out side the structure with sluice valve/control valve in position ready for connection with in coming and outgoing pipes, all sluice valve /control valve shall be of Kartar/KSB/Leader/Kirloskar make and the scope of supply & errection shall be in scope of contrsctor.
