“Engagement of Specialized Agency for Manpower, Infrastructure, Logistics and Technical Support for Comprehensive Data Collection, Gap Analysis, Scheme Classification, RPWSS Portal Population (In-Village & Out-Village Infrastructure), Data Validation and Facilitation of Approval at Government Level.” BY deploying Experts i.e. Water Supply / Public Health Engineering Expert, IT / MIS & RPWSS Portal Expert, Data Analyst / MIS Executive, Field Coordinator, Documentation & Approval Facilitation Expert as per Annex-A. The scope of the work specifically includes:Secondary data collection from department 1. Establishing understanding of existing data. 2. Identification of gaps. 3. Scheme-wise analysis and classification. 4. Deployment of professional manpower. 5. Data population, validation and approval facilitation. Details with reference to existing records and secondary data. Above also includes:review, reconciliation and integration of data received from field divisions, subdivisions, verification of scheme-wise hydraulic, structural and operational details with reference to existing records and secondary data, preparation of scheme-wise analytical statements, gap assessment reports and classification summaries,compliance with RPWSS Portal workflows, data standards, validation protocols and approval hierarchies,addressing portal-generated observations, error rectification and resubmission till final acceptance,coordination with HPJSV field offices, Circle, Zone and Directorate level officers for data finalization, capacity support to departmental staff for understanding portal requirements and data structuring and all incidental activities necessary for completion of the assignment in all respects as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge of Himachal Pradesh Jal Sahkti Vibhag.
