M & L for providing plain cement concrete, type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in each layer as in soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with fly-ash old size bricks having designation 75 conforming to IS-12894 (2002), straight or curved on plan exc. 6.00 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus demolished building material to distance exc. 1.50 Kilometre but not exc. 5.00 Kilometre and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered or previously untreated wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of rolled mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc. confirming to Fe-410-W (Grade E-250) Quality 'B', drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fitting and also fastening complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 0.80 mm thick mild steel plain black sheet in hearth, covering of door shutters, covering to door chowkhats (frames), chullah hoods, water tank, water troughs and funnels etc., cut to size, edges beaded if directed, holes punched including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel members etc. with plain 40 mm lap joints with welded / rebated seams including bending, turning up, mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of flat iron bands, straps, supports, clamps, hold fasts, wall ties, hooks for hanging fans and other similar small steel article confirming to Fe-290 Grade E-165 with and including necessary nut-bolts, washers, screws etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of old decoration by scraping off the same from wall, chajja or facia surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of exterior grade acrylic emulsion paint over one coat of exterior gade wall primer and a thin layer of wall care putty (Minimum 1 mm thick) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster from brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick cement plaster on cement concrete surfaces of ceiling with cement mortar 1:3 finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as on chajja, facia and the like, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall, chajja or facia of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of exterior grade acrylic emulsion paint over one coat of exterior gade wall primer and a thin layer of wall care putty (Minimum 1 mm thick) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc. 15 cm thick (Below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes finished even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Non skid ceramic joint free coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square or Rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.18 Sqm but not exc. 0.38 sqm, as in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Non skid ceramic joint free coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square or Rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.18 Sqm but not exc. 0.38 sqm, in verical surface such as dado / skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of aluminium anodised powder coated of approved colour, sliding type three track window or ventilator with sliding shutter and frame with and including aluminium grill, 5 mm thick tinted glass and mosquito proofing net as detailed below complete all as specified and directed: - (i) Frame made of section size 92 X 31.75 X 1.30 mm suitable for bottom, top and sides of window frame. (ii) Shutter for top, bottom and side rails 40 X 18 X 1.29 mm. (iii) Glass 5 mm thick one side reflective glass and other side visible fixed with rubber gasket and aluminium clips of suitable size, 4 Nos. aluminium hold fasts with each window and necessary handles, tower bolt etc. as directed. Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in shelves, roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work including cutting of reinforcement bars to facilitate demolition complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of exterior type metal false ceiling wih unique tongue and groove arrangement for rigid system comprising of the following specifications complete all as specified and directed: - (i) PANEL: - Metal ceiling panel having 150F panel of size 150 mm wide and 12.50 mm deep roll formed from 0.50 mm thick aluminium powder coated sheet having powder coating 50 micron polyester powder painting on exposed side and 5 micron of rear side. (ii) CARRIER (FRAME WORK): - 34.5 mm wide X 48 mm deep carrier made of 0.6 mm thick steel sheet having arrangement of holding 150F panel. The carrier to be spaced at 1.70 metres centre to centre without insulation and 1.50 metres centre to centre with insulation. (iii) SUSPENSION: - 4 mm dia galvanised steel wire rod hanger and steel suspension clip to be fixed to roof by J hooks and nylon cleat and shall be spaced at 1.50 metres centre to centre without insulation and 1.30 metres centre to centre with insulation.

S & F of 3 mm thick Aluminium composite panel coloured (as approved by GE or Engineer-in-Charge) including aluminium frame work made of aluminium hollow section of size 35 mm X 25 mm having wall thickness 0.90 mm, fixed at 50 cm centre to centre on verical and horizontal for fixing of panel with double tap and joints filled with silicon on wall, column, facia and the like complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of mild steel galvanised chain link fencing, any size or type including provision of straining bolts, binding wire etc. and fixing to any type of standards, rails etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of mild steel work in hand rail, half round or other stock section or core for fixing of wooden hand rails, bluster, running bars, nosing of steps, wind ties, post and struts for fencing, flat iron fillets and the like including necessary cutting, drilling holes, notching etc. as required conforming to Fe-290 Grade E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of mild steel framed work such as framed door hung as gates including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted, or forged into spikes and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Grade E-165 complete all as specified and directed.
