Demolition above G.L. upto floor two level i/c disposal of unserviciable materials with in 20 metres lead and i/c cutting the necessary reinforcement ad separating out from RCC works:-

Demolition stone masonry above GL upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials and disposal unserviceable materials with in 20 metres lead) in all leads and lifts.

Excavation in foundation trenches etc in earth work lift upto 1.50 metres stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers, when required. into plinths, sides of foundations, etc consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within a lead of 20 metres in pick Jumper work in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1Cement: 4 Sand) : 8 graded stone agg 40 mm nominal size) grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level.

Coursed rubble masonry with hard stone (first or second sort) in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level (Through Rate) in all leads and lifts.Cement Mortar 1:6.
