Supply installation and commissioning of lightning protection systems with ALERT XL 70MESE air terminal, installed at a height of 5m above the Mast of height 10.5m from ground level such that effective height is 15.5m using 32mm DIA and 6m length heavy gauge GI Pipe. Suitably connecting the air terminal with 50SQMM single core insulated Aluminum cable running vertically through the mast to ground level through 20mm DIA PVC pipe protective covering suitably fixed at regular intervals on the GI mast and providing connection to the earth termination

Supply and installation of a high mast of 12m height fabricated in such a way those 4 sections of 3m length each. The mast sections use 38mm DIA heavy gauge GI Pipe for three primary pillars and 20mm DIA heavy gauge GI pipe for reinforcements according to the measurements given in the detailed drawing. The section meant for highest position should have the provision to hold 32mm Heavy gauge GI Pipe of 6m length using 38mm Heavy gauge GI pipe of 1m length welded to the section and providing studs using 10mm x 25mm nuts and bolts. Those 4 sections should be cascaded at the site to form an 12 m length mast using nuts and bolts and coated with rust proof paints.

ALERT Earth Termination system using 16mm DIA, 1500mm length copper molecular bonded SS Earth electrode, EC grade copper tail conductors of size 20mm x 3mm x 9000mm and earth enhancing compound 72Kg. Max depth of earthing 2m. Depth of tail trench 600cm.

Providing foundation to the mast using RCC of suitable proportion inside the excavated pit of size 1.5m x 1.5m x 1.5m in such a way that base section of the mast is erected inside the pit vertically with reinforcement using suitable GI supporting sections welded to the base section and providing concrete bed of suitable proportion of size 1.5m x1.5m x0.6m and providing a concrete column of size 0.6m x 0.6m x 0.9 m above the bed ( as detailed in the drawing) and backfilling the pit accordingly
