Adequacy of the proposed work plan and methodology

Laboratory should possess all the requirements of Civil works as per standards, preferably with NABL Accreditation (Civil, Electrical & Mechanical) (The firm that does not have own laboratory can have the MOU with the firm or institution, having NABL with in Karnataka State only)

Qualifications and competence of the key professional staff (a) Qualification-20 (b) Experience to related project-22.00 (c) Experience in region and language-8.00-Total Points 50
