Schedule'A' Part-I: B&R works

Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed .

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide & n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10sq m on plan & getting out in soft/loose soil

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in & raming earth/ broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc. 25cm, watering, & removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m & making good surface in soft/loose soil.

M & L for hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm of broken Brick , deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L PCC in foundations, filling and mass-concrete type D2 (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 50mm thick PCC type B-1, (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate finished even & smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Cement concrete Type B2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete all as per Specified and directed by Engr In Charge complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Fair finished Square, rectangular or polygonal Form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, columns and stanchions complete all as specified and as directed

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses and Vertical Posts including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rolled mild steel purlins ,crane gantries, rails & fastenings & heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. GDE Fe410-0 or Fe 310-O complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes ,without and attachment of grade Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel bolts. purpose made. with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends; each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut. Removing Excavated soils exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed.

Schedule'A' Part-I: E & M works

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, PVC insulated, FRLS unsheathed, 1100 volt grade, multistranded single core copper conductor and including PVC casing-capping minimum 25 mm wide with all fittings and accessories such as bends, Tees, Joints etc fixed to wall or ceiling and Recessed mild steel switch board of required size including bakelite sheet of 3mm thick with chromium plated screws or rectangular PVC box closed recessed having 40mm depth ISI marked ISI No 14772 Make: Presto plastic for fixing of switch etc and provision of 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area, PVC insulated, FR, unsheathed, 1100 volt grade,multistranded single core green colour copper conductor for earth continuity connected to earth dolly, all metal parts, such as tube light fittings, fan hook, earth terminal of all socket points etc as specified and directed .

All as per item No 22 above but for one 3/5 pin 6 Amps socket outlet on the same board with other switches complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring (surface type) with PVC insulated, 1100 volts FRLS grade, unsheathed, single core, multistranded copper conductors 2.5 sqmm (nominal area) for phase & neutral and 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area) continuous earth wire drawn through and including PVC Casing -N- capping double lock type of 20mm size with fittings & accessories, pressed steel sunken terminal box (Consealed in wall) made out of 1.6mm thick MS sheet duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and covered with 3mm thick bakelite sheet for fixing switches, sockets, regulator etc and earth continuity conductor shall be connected to common earth and earth dolly for 3/5 pin 16 Amps socket outlet complete all as specified & directed:- Note : Cost of cutting of wall, if any, for housing of pressed steel sunken terminal box and also making good the disturbed surfaces are deemed to be included in the unit rate. Note : (i) The wiring shall be done in proper color coding using red, yellow, blue for phase blace for neutral green for earth. (ii) Cost of cutting of wall, if any, for housing of pressed steel sunken terminal box and also making good the disturbed surfaces are deemed to be included in the unit rate.

Material and labour for switch socket combination multi purpose 2 in 1, 5 Pin, 6 and 16 Amps, flush type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing MCB DB (Double door) SPN, 8 way sheet steel with bus bar, din rail, neutral link and earth bar with fitting & fixtures all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB single pole 32 amps, 240 volts, 10 KA, 'C' series with all incoming / outgoing connections with proper size of lugs complete all as specified as directed.

Supply and fix MCB single pole & neutral 6 to 32 amps, 240 volts, 10 KA, 'C' series with all incoming / outgoing connections with proper size of lugs complete inculding all as specified as directed.

Material and labour for earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below GL) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, earth lead wire protected by and including 15mm dia GI pipe (Light grade) and 20mm dia GI pipe (medium grade) for watering and connected to control switch as directed including necessary earthwork as in soft/loose soil, concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre cast RCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 cover slab duly reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 100mm C/C both way and two Nos lifting handle made of 12mm dia TMT bar and set in cement mortar (1:4), funnel, wire mesh, char coal or coke and salt in alternate layer, testing, etc complete all as specified in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I .

Material and labour for sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated cable with Copper conducter unsheathed cable of size 2.5 sqmm drawn through & including PVC cassing capping with 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper wire single core for continuous earthing complete all as directed. Note : Two run of 2..5 sqmm & one run of 2.5 sqmm of cable shall be measured as single run.

Supply and fixing LED lights fitting 1x 18W, 220V, AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Ceiling fan of 1400mm sweep complete with three blade, down rod, accessories 230 V, with Squirrel Cage induction motor complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwiese specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refere Schedule A notes for details.
