Earthwork in excavation upto 1.5m depth in all kinds of soils, including shoring and strutting, bailing/pumping of water, backfilling of sides of foundations etc. as per technical specification.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

Plain cement concrete 1:5:10 mix using 37 mm broken stone including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges as per technical specifications.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand(zone-III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying RCC mix. 1:1.5:3 with 20mm down size aggregate up to plinth

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete up to plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D or more.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights: Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Solid block masonry using pre cast solid blocks (Factory made) of size 40x20x20cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 part I of 1979 for foundation and plinth with thickness 20cm and above in: CM 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) etc complete

Laterite masonry with neatly dressed Laterite stone of size 30X20X20cm or nearest size in cement mortar 1:6 for foundation and basement including all cost of materials, labour charges etc

Providing and applying cement plaster in CM 1:4 12mm thick as per technical specifications.

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade on New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm. over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

Supply, Fabricate and erect in position structural steel work for truss, purling girder,column,rafters,struts wind tiles,structural members,for screw box, site cladding, platform etc as per design including riveting,welding and plates with all necessary nut,bolts ,rivets gusset plates etc complete including two coat of enamel paint as per technical specification.

Steel work for purlin/single section with G I pipes including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete

Providing and fixing 0.5mm thick meta color / poly steel sheet galvaloom or galvanised sheet ( TATA Bluescope ) with nececssary polypropylene washers self trapping screw etc as per technical specification.

Providing and fixing 160mm wide 100mm deep (4kg/cm2) square UPVC Rain water gutter (Euroguard or equivalent) with all necessary fittings

Providing and laying 50mm IPS flooring with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement, 2 Sand & 4 hard stone aggregate 12mm and below) in panels of uniform size including providing necessary construction/exapnsion joints.

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of: G.S sheet
