Part-C (Civil)
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator/manual means in foundation trenches or pits of any size,including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms,including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed,including all leads and lifts. (a) In ordinary soil/earth mixed with boulders.Pit including all earth work, backfilling and levelling etc.
Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing all work upto plinth level :1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size.(M20)
Brick Work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand)

Part-D (Dismantling Work)
Dismantling of 40 MVA T/F 132/33 kV (Radiator, Conservator, 132& 33kV Bushings,Marshalling box & other associated accessories ) .work also include shifting of its accessories in store.
Work of transferring of complete transformer oil from Conservator tank/radiator tank etc. to empty drum separately with proper arrangement .
Dragging (App. 200 Mtr.) & shifting of 40 MVA T/F and its associated accessories from plinth to safe place in Store.
Dismantling of RTCC Panel and C&R Panels from Control Room to Store. Work also includes disconnection of cable.
Complete erection of all connected accessories of 40 MVA T/F like Bushings, Marshalling Box, Fans, filling centrifused T/F Oil, Radiators, conservator tank etc. including replacing of the gaskets if required.
