Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, of any thickness as in roof coverings including nainital or similar pattern complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down structural steel work including doors,gates and similar works etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for high tensile 550 MPA yield strength Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering The sheet shall have a hot dip metallic zinc aluminium alloy coating of zinc 43.5%, aluminium (55%)and silicon (1.5%) with total mass coating of 150 gms/sqm on both sides. Covered width will be 1020mm and sheet length as per site requirement. The profile is having return leg for proper side lap. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self capping screws with EDPM seal complete all as specified and directed. ( Make: TATA blue scope or equivalent of CRIL/METCO.)

All as per Item no 03 here-in-before but except sheeting. (Note- Old serviceable sheet obtained from Item no.01 shall be re-used under this Item.)

S&F 0.63mm nominal thick Galvanised, corrugated, mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with 'L' type or 'J' type or cranked hook bolts and washers, as in roof coverings, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified.(Make-TATA/Jindal)

All as per item No-6 here in above but 1.00mm Plain sheet as in ridges/ hips / valley/Eaves and Eaves board - ditto --

All as per Item no 06 here-in-before but except sheeting. (Note- Old serviceable sheet obtained from Item no.01 shall be re-used under this Item.)

M&L for mild steel work in tubular trusses and tubular posts including special shaped washer duly welded, complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St 240 with one shop coat of Zinc Chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel bolts, purpose made, with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screw both ends; each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 30cm long dia of neck exc 12mm n.exc 20mmcomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new steel surfaces of any description n exc 10cm width or girth over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4mm thick non asbestos fibre reinforced designer cement board(610mmx610mm) in ceiling (Make: Evarest or equivallent) including false ceiling with powder coated GI snap grid frame work (Make: Armstrong/Saint Gobain or equivalent as approved) including cutting holes in brick wall built in cement mortar & making good in cement concrete 1:2:4 type BO/Cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed including all necessary drilling and necessary arrangement to fix electrical items as under:- (a) 27x27x0.55mm thick GI angle powder coated duly plugged @ 600mm centre to centre along perimeter of wall. (b) 25x25x0.55mm thick GI tee powder coated as main and cross runners suspended with 1.6mm dia GI wire suspenders(n.exc 1.2mtr length) with adjustable clamps and dash true fastners plugging in RCC slab/A.I Runner of slopped roof placed @ 600mm centre to centre from perimeter of wall. (c) Fixing of 4mm thick non asbestos fibre reinforced designer cement board(610mmx610mm) complete with two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of Acrylic primer on ceiling. NOTE: The complete ceiling work shall be done as per manufactures instruction and as directed.

All as per Item No 13 here-in-before but 6mm thick Gypsum boards tiles (Make: Gypboard or equivallent)

S&F 4mm thick non asbestos fibre reinforced plain cement board(610mmx610mm) fixed to timber frame work with screws in ceiling complete all as specified and as directed. (Make: Everest or equivallent)

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 Sqcm and over in section, in unframed work as in any position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 2nd class hardwood (SAL) plain, solid, straight chowkhats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue, pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing surface of wood and wood based materials, new or old, of any description and girth, not otherwise described and treated with Two coats of Creosote oil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for three coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces on ceiling including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new steel surfaces of any description n exc 10cm width or girth over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 (Ist quality ) conforming to IS-13755, as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surface including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed. (Make- Kajaria /Asian Nitco)

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450 x 300 x 7 mm thick (Ist quality) conforming to IS-13753, as in vertical surface such as skirting/dado set in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surface, including 10mm thick rendering to receive tiles in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.(Make- Kajaria / Asian/ Nitco)

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-22mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over & including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for machine pressed ,pre-polished and chemically treated, smooth finished ,exterior graded coloured cement concrete Chequered tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.(Make:- Hindusthan pipe industries(Lovely brand)/Multiwin/ Lovely tiles & Interlocking paves, Telepara)

Demolition of brick masonary work, built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding precast concrete articles etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description from walls/ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 20mm thick on brick wall or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:4) consisting two layers, top layer of 10mm thick mixed with water proofing compound, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid saperately.)

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in cm 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified.

M&L for three coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor, laid in bays,finished surface even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Glass Dividing Strips, 3.0mm thick and inserted in position, width of the strips 38mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection and footpath finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including making joints to the full depth of PCC at every 3 metres and at every change of direction and filling the same with & including bitumen and sand 1:2 by weight complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in path laid in bays,finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing tarfelt including plaster of any type and course from roof surface including adjoining parapets and removing the materials to a distance exc 50 mtr but n.exc 100 mtr away and deposited where directed including roughening old concrete surface by tucking and rubbing with wire brushes and cleaning the surfaces with water to remove all loose dirts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 40 mm thick type B-1,1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in roof surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick plastering in CM(1:4) using WPC @ 3% by wt. of cement,in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces for laying APP based polymeric membrane roof treatment complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in roof kerbs, slightly rounded or chamfered on edges, finished even and smooth on exposed concrete surface without using extra cement all complete as specified and as directed.

M&L for roof treatment with polymeric water proofing membrane to non accesible roof with the following courses as under complete all as specified :- (a) Cleaning surface by wire brushing,brooming, removing dust complete and make the surface even and smooth. (b) Applying a coat of bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384 - 1965 @ 0.40 lit/Sqm and allow to dry. (c) Applying one coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 as per IS-702-1988 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm of each coat applied over primer incl cleaning of surfaces . (d) Supply and laying 3mm thick polymeric water proofing membrane weight not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm with nonwoven polyester fabric weight not less than 160 gms/sqm over area including overlapping of 100mm(min) as per manufacturers instruction.Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60cm (min) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. (Note :- (i) Laying APP bassed polymenic membrane shall be done torch on methed or as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm and 75mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufacturer's instruction. (e) Applying evenly one coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 150 gm/Sqm complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: The complete work shall be done under strict supervision of manufacturers technical representative and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B 0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 M span,cills and other similar bands,Plinth courses,parapets,coping,Bed plates etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE OF CREDIT Rate quoted by the Tenderer for this schedule should not be less than rate assessed by the department shown on estimated rate column for the respective items,any lower rate qouted by the Tenderer will not be cosidered and total amount under col No 53 will be adjusted accordingly cosidering rate inserted by the MES.
