M&L non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exc 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 51 above but in skirting over 10mm thick screeding in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles not less than 450 x 300mm x 6 to 7mm thick, in skirting /dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm screeding in Cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M/L Granite (of any type) tiles 18-20 mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 over cooking platform complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 18-20 mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting/ dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete over 10mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring, 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including grinding, rubbing and polishing and exposed edges of Kota stone shall be rounded complete over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab as in vertical surfaces such as dado/skirting, 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including grinding, rubbing and polishing and exposed edges of Kota stone shall be rounded complete over and including 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles of size 300 x 300 x 22 to 25 mm thick with grey cement and pigment, set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors laid over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore old steel tubing and connections, including disconnection of fittings from tubing including cleaning for re-fixing or removal from site complete all as specified and directed.
