Supervisory services for comp. O/H
Hiring of Service Engineer For working of 8 hrs (working time Between 08:00 - 17:00 including 1 hour lunch break from 12:00 to 13:00) Unit Day means working for 8 Hrs (Monday-Saturday)
Extra Working time Charges(Monday to Saturday) per hour shall be paid for working beyond 8 hrs
Working on Sunday/Public Holidays (charges on Hr basis)
Travel expenses i.e. flight(Economy Class only) and Taxi/Cab charges(From vendor site to Dibrugarh airport including local conveyance charges from Dibrugarh airport to Digboi & back to Dibrugarh airport) incurred per visit. Reimbursement shall be done at actuals on submission of documentary evidences. <H>Note :</> For calculating the tentative value, estimate has been prepared considering 01 service engineer. UOM "EA" means charges for one visit
IOCL shall arrange its Guest House ON CHARGEABLE BASIS for Lodging/boarding & Local transportation in Digboi from vendor's accommodation to site & back . However, if IOCL Guest House is not available or local transporation couldn't be made available for expert(s), the bidder will have to arrange for Lodging/boarding & local transportation at on their own. The cost incurred for Lodging/Boaring & Local Transportation shall be reimbursed at actuals upon submission of original documentary evidence. <H>Note : For calculating the tentative value, estimate has been prepared considering 01 no. of service engineer during visit</>
