Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetra in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling /wedging out rocks ( Where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification clause 305 and as per direction / entire satisfaction of the Engineer- In – Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing , removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and upto any lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm ( one hundred fifty millimetres) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth and any quantam of water including cleaning of slush which may arrise out during dewatering as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidential.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depthn of 150 meter and disposal of ractified materials upto any leads and lifts as per technical specifications The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, G S T or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete in open foundation and plinth for nominal mix 1: 5: 10 ( one cement: five sand : ten graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeters) nominal size with 40mm stone aggregate in all heights / depths in or under water including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering, ( surface and sub soil water ) and removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/depths and any quantum of water including cost of form work and curing complete in all type of structure like retaining walls, breast walls and the like etcetera as per drawing and MORD technical specification section 800, 900 and 1200 and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge and carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental . Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain concrete in open foundation for all type of structure complete of plain cement concrete grade M-10 ( M- Ten) nominal mix 1: 3: 6 ( One cement : three sand : six graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm ( twenty millimeter) nominal size in or under water in open foundation for all type of structure in drains and the like etcetera complete including pumping or bailing out water , dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water for all heights/ depths any quantum of water including cost of form work and curing complete for 14 ( fourteen ) days and as per drawings and MORD technical specification section 800, 900 and 1200 as per the entire satisfaction / direction of the Engineer-in-Charge and carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor on the prepared surface of granular base treated with primer and including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic broom and spraying tack coat at the rate of 0.275 kg. . ( zero point two two five kilogram ) per Square metre using mechanical means as per technical specifications clause No. 503 including hauling of materials in all leads , lifts and as per entire satisfactions and directions of Engineer-in- charge including carriage of materials.. Providing and laying 30mm ( thirty millimeter) compacted thick bituminous concrete with minimum 40-60 TPH ( forty –sixty tonne per hour ) hot mix Batch type/ Drum type plant with electronic control grading-II using crushed aggregate 13mm ( thirteen millimeter) nominal size of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 ( ( viscosity grade-thirty ) @ 5.40 to 5.60% ( five point four zero to five point six zero percent ) of mix weight transported to site, laid with censor paver finisher hydraulic with censor control to the required grade, level and alignment over a previously prepared surface and rolling complete with smooth Wheel roller 8-10 ( eight to ten ) tonne capacity for initial break down rolling and vibratory roller 8-10 ( eight- ten ) tonne capacity or pneumatic tyre roller of 12-15 ( twelve- fifteen tonne ) with tyre pressure of atleast 0.56 MPa ( zero point five six ) for intermediate rolling and finish rolling with 6-8 ( six to eight ) tonne smooth wheeled tandom roller to achieve the desire compaction as per MORTH technical specification clause 509 including hauling of materials in all leads , lifts and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidential.
