Bodeli sand) and 8mm thick finishing coat of CM 1:1 (1 cement (Grey /

139.) White / Colour : 1 stone grit (approved coloured chips)) including providing 50 709.6 Smt

& fixing 300mm wide strip of chicken net at vertical and horizontal joints of

RCC and masonary including 10mm alluminium channel for expantion joint

/ grooves, curing, necessary scaffolding in true line and level etc. complete

as directed by EIC.

Providing in line level plumb, fabricating and fixing three row horizontal

barbed wire fencing and punched tape concertina coil of 9 turns per meter

of 610 mm diameter fixed with clips on top of the angle iron posts. The

punched tape concertina coil having sharp barbs at every 25 mm spacing

shall be 0.5 mm thick and 19 mm width and weighting 13 kg./100

mtr.(Average) as per manufacture's specification. The rate shall also

include providing and fixid 1.20 mtr. total long MS angle 40 x 40 x 6 mm @

3.00 mt . c/c spacing embedded in RCC column , angle posts shall be

painted with one coats of red oxide and two coats of enamel paint of

approved quality at top of compound wall.

Providing & laying 22.5 cm thick dry rubble stone pitching on side slope on

earthwork on murrum bed 7.50 cm thick & filling interstic with murrum &

providing Flush pointing in CM 1:3 etc. complete including curing &

preparing slope in Earth work as directed.

'Providing and applying with two coats 20 mm thick sand faced cement

plaster at outside of brick work upto height 10 mtr. above ground level

consisting of 12 mm thick backing coat of C. M. 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand)

and 8 mm thick finishing coat of C. M. 1:1 (1 cement : 1 sand) etc.

complete including racking out joints, curing, scaffolding required if any

with only gutkha finish.

Labour work for constructing uncoarsed masonary by using available stone

in C:M 1:6 in ( 1 cement: 6 coarse sand) including pointing the joint

withgrey cement and in proportion to match stone colour the joints should

bethread grooved as per existing lake stone pitching / wall appearance as

requiredwatering, levelling etc comp in foundation and plinth and above

plinth level as directed.
