SCHEDULE A CIVIL WORKS Supply and fixed Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Supply and fixed Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in as in ridges, valley, eaves, etc with self tapping screws as specified.

Supply and fixed Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S 1161-1979 grade St. 240 and painted one shop coat of zinc chrome primer paint including preparation of surfaces before fabrication complete all as specified.

Material and labour for cutting holes into or through brick walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and stone walls built in lime mortar or walls of lime concrete for inserting hold fast and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 as required depth of embedded portion of hold fasts or lugs measured from the face of jamb into the wall exc half brick but n.exc one brick complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint (1st quality) over one coat of red oxide Zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

M&L for providing cement concerete PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20mm grade crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic bands and other similar bands , plinth courses, string cources, lacing cources, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, coping, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for water toughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating with necessary finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor/ verticle surface by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc.and prepare the surface to receive tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine cut Kota stone slab as in flooring, 18-20 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over and including 15 mm thick plaster as screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified. ( Note :- screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor and shall not be measured and paid separately).

Supplying , laying, jointing and testing 15 mm nominal bore Steel water tubes, 'medium grade' ,galvanised , with all fittings ; fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified.

Supply and fixed , chromium plated fancy type Bib taps with cup , long body, cast copper alloy with crutch handle, screwed for 15 mm bore dia. iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified.

Supply and fixed stainless steel sink with draining board , made out of 1mm thick sheet for kitchen or laboratory with plug, washers, waste pipe, including bedding in cement mortar to drawf wall or including fixing cast iron cantilever brackets, connecting union overall size 915 mm x 460 mm with bowl size 410 mm x 355 mm x 165 mm completecomplete all as specified.
