Maintenance and Development of Village (C/o Road, Balance Boundary wall, Toilet, Room for Dry Wood and Other Alied work in Shamshan Ghat in Village Sorkha Jahidabad), Noida

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge: All kinds of soil

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed,within a lead of 50 m.The Contractor has to dectect different utilities like sewer line, water supply line, electric cable, telephone cable , gas pipe line etc, using utility decteting machine before start of excavation and shall start excavation only after getting permission of E/I. All kind of soil

Earth work in embankment in ordinary soil embankment to be in 20cm layers including ramming, dressing the surface to required levels with half tonne steel or wooden rammer and rolling every third and top most layer in roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity and including 1.50mtr. lift and all lead (earth shall be brought from a place which including cartage of earth by mechnically transport and T&P, labour etc. required for proper completion. (earth shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying C.C. pavement of mix M-25 with ready mixed concrete from batching plant. The ready mixed concrete shall be laid and finished with screed board vibrator , vacuum dewatering process and finally finished by floating, brooming with wire brush etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-incharge. (The panel shuttering work shall be paid for separately). (Note:- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable separately).

Providing and laying in position bitumen hot sealing compound for expansion joints etc. Using grade ‘A’ sealing compound.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.
