15.14.1:Dismantling wood work in frames, trusses, purlins and rafters up to 10 metres span and 5 metres height including stacking the material within 50 metres lead:Of sectional area 40 square centimetres and above

15.31:Dismantling tiled roofing with battens, boarding etc. complete including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

15.56:Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

11.37:Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.

14.43:Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

14.53.1:Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:One or more coats on old work

22.16:Providing and laying in situ five course water proofing treatment with APP ( Atactic Polypropylene) modified Polymeric memberane over roof consisting of first coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 Kg per sqm, 2nd & 4 th courses of bonding material @ 1.20 Kg/sqm, which shall consist of blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS : 702, 3rd layer of roofing membrane APP modified Polymeric membrane 2.0 mm thick of 3.00 Kg/ sqm weight consisting of five layers prefabricated with centre core as 100 micron HMHDPE film sandwiched on both sides with polymeric mix and the polymeric mix is protected on both side with 20 micron HMHDPE film, 5th the top most layer shall be finished with brick tiles of class designation 10 grouted with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% with 2% integral water proofing compound by weight of cement over a 12 mm layer of cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand) and finished neat (item of laying brick tiles shall be paid for separately.)
