Amount

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 Metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 Metre in depth for foundation or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc, not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth in hard/dense soil complete all specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exceeding 250 Metre not exceeding 500 Metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Metre above the starting point complete all specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work/solid block work built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc, complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for cement concrete D2 1:4:8 in foundations (40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid block type C1, (1:3:6) (20 mm graded aggregate) setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 B0 (12.5mm aggregate ) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges , benching ,coping etc complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster or brick or stone wall including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 on walls even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labor for preparing surfaces of plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and Laying 300mm dia Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

Material & Labour cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 300mm bore pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

Material & Labour providing precast cement concrete cover slab in PCC 1:2:4 Type B1,Set in cement mortar 1:4 as in to cover the manholes or in drain complete all as specified and directed (Note :- Reinforcement shall be paid in separately)

Material & Labour for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

Supply and Fix Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc, with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Grade E-165 complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces exceeding 10 cm width or girth after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

Material & Labour for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, mounds, mitred/stopped end etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Amount of credit schedule will be dected to arraive the contract Sum.
