Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone surfaces etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., all as specified.

15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instruction on other than fair faces of brick work/ random rubble stone masonry finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Rendering cement plaster 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) on fair faces of brick work/random rubble stone masonry surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Two coats of oil bound distemper on newly plastered surfaces over 2mm thick wall care putty to achieve smooth surface complete, all as specified and as directed.

Applying two coats of cement base paint on newly plastered or previously undecorated wall surfaces including preparation of surface, tint and shade as approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment of wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paintsurfaces including preparation of surface, tint and shade as approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment of wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper 2mm thick wall care putty to achieve smooth surface complete, all as specified and as directed.

Writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) exceeding 20cms but not exceeding 30 cms height on painted surfaces using synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces including cleaning by brooming down or with steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot, moulded moss and efflorescent salts and cleaning oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash on walls including cleaning the floor / joinery surfaces , glass pans all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 09 above but one coat of oil bound distemper on walls.

All as per item No. 09 above but applying one coat of white wash on ceiling.

All as per item No. 09 above but applying one coat cement base paint on external surfaces of walls.

All as per item No. 09 above but applying one coat of exterior grade weather resistant paint surfaces of walls including white filler/ paste as required, all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cms width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of CGI/PGI sheet over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on roof complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only lntegral water proofing compound (ISI marked), all as specified.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames, steel or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads, complete, all as specified

Sheet glass 3mm thick ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty wooden beads in squares, not exc. 0.5sqm in each pane, complete all as specified.

Figured glass, pin head type 3mm thick and glazing with oil putty/ wooden beads in squares, not exc. 0.5sqm in each pane, complete all as specified.
