OD188945/2026-2027:Subgrade Waterproofing Providing and applying two coats of Terrasil and Zycobond solution prepared in water in the ratio of 1:1:100( Terrasil: Zycobond: Water) on the prepared surface of subgrade for water proofing and preventing capillary rise. First spray is to be applied at the rate of 2.5 -3.5 L/ sqm an second spray at the same rate applied after 1-3 hours of applying first spray , using mechanical means and as per the directions of the departmental officers at the site.

75.8.1:Providing Plain cement concrete for road work CC 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 fine aggregate: 4course aggregate) laid to required slope and camber in panels (@ 3 m c/c) as requiredincluding compaction, finishing and tamping etc .complete. 75.5.1.3pb:Prime Coat - High porosity - With Packed Bitumen Rates <br> Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 1.2-1.5 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

75.5.2.2pb:Tack Coat - With Packed Bitumen Rates <br> Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

75.5.2.3pb:Tack Coat - With Packed Bitumen Rates <br> Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.
