RequiredIf Bidder is a supplier, should furnish authorization letter/Certificate from OEM of the CT Analyzer standard package professional test equipment Make:OMICRON/ZERA/NDB (Electrical Switch Yard and transformer yard material), duly incorporating the tender notice details.
RequiredIn case the dealer or supplier fails to furnish the authorization letter/certificate from the manufacturer of the subject equipment, the bid will be considered for regular supplier to TGGENCO/Govt. Org./PSU, subject to the satisfactory performance of recently executed POs related to supply of CT Analyzer standard package professional test equipment and it shall be at the sole discretion of TGGENCO
RequiredCopies of orders executed/ satisfactory performance certificates issued within the last 5 years for supply of CT Analyzer standard package professional test equipment(Electrical Switch Yard and transformer yard material)to power utilities/Govt. Org./ Public Sector undertaking organizations/ reputed private org., clearly showing the name of the firm, PO date and description of the material etc
RequiredThe bidder shall furnish the technical specifications of the offered material along with Make:OMICRON/ZERA/NDB, Accuracy and resolution of the phase displacement,Winding resistance,Power supply accuracy regarding i/p voltage,o/p voltage,frequency, i/p power,o/p power,Operating temp.,Storage temp. Humidity Relative humidity parameters as mentioned in the bill of materials& any other specifications
OptionalAll relevant Bid Schedules, duly filled in, signed & stamped, along with supporting documentation. If schedules are not uploaded, it will be construed that the bidder complies fully with tender specification and accepted TGGENCO terms & conditions.
OptionalThe company shall declare that it is not under blacklist by any Govt department/ PSU due to any reason.
