1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade:

Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Providing and fixing single side single W-metal beam crash barrier of 3 mm thick, post length of 1500 mm of size 150x75x5 mm thick and placed at 2 meter centre to cnetre, spacer 150x75x5 mm thick hot dip galvanised (used HR coils as per IS:5986/2002, grade Fe-410 with minimum field stress of 250 mpa) with all accessories required for fixing including Hex/button head bolt and nothing extra shall be paid on this account, fixing with 60 to 70 cm post embadded in cement concrete block of required size (payment for cement concrete block to be made separately), all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply of Flyover Guard Rails of MS pipe of required dia, size & MS support/brackets at site with all accessories required for fixing including necessary dash fasteners of required dia and size, brackets, tools and tackles complete in all respect including welding, cutting & jointing and nothing extra will be paid on this account and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (weight of railing, brackets, accessories, dash fastenere to be measured for payment).

Providing and applying of chemical anchors of reputed brand and manufacturer, on cleaned surface at desired locations as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The rate is inclusive of all materials & labour involved and nothing extra will be paid on this account).

Fixing of Flyover Guard Rails over existing jersey barrier with all accessories including required dash fastener of required dia and size, brackets, tools and tackles, shall be supplied by Department free of cost. (For payment purpose only length of Guard rails shall be measured).
