Painting one coat (excluding priming coat ) on previously painted steel & other metal surfaces with ready mixed paint, brushing oil, grease to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter With ready mixed paint other than white as per HPPWD specification 1990-Volume-I,including carriage of all labour, equipment and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads,lifts and other incidental charges as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Painting two or more coats on G.I Sheets with ready-mix paint of approved brand and manufacture on new work to give an even shade. Ready mixed paint Red shade as per HPPWD specification 1990-Volume-I,including carriage of all labour, equipment and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads,lifts and other incidental charges as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Painting one coat(excluding priming coat)on previously painted wood and wood based surfaces with readymixed flat oil paint,brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter and sand papering and stopping as per HPPWD specification 1990-Volume-I,including carriage of all labour, equipment and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads,lifts and other incidental charges as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces(two coats)to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials including carriage of all labour,equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts , including all incidental charges as per HPPWD specification 1990-Volume-I,including carriage of all labour, equipment and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads,lifts and other incidental charges as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall painting (two coats) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty as required for making the surface. as per HPPWD specification 1990-Volume-I,including carriage of all labour, equipment and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads,lifts and other incidental charges as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

15mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 cement:6 sand). including all incidental charges as per HPPWD specification 1990-Volume-I,including carriage of all labour, equipment and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads,lifts and other incidental charges as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of stone work above G.L. upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials within 20 metres lead In cement mortar as per HPPWD specification 1990-Volume-I,including carriage of all labour, equipment and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads,lifts and other incidental charges as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
