Disconnection of LT power supply from the incoming panel prior to commencement of work, including racking out of ACB/VCB as applicable, to ensure complete electrical isolation. The work shall further include short-circuiting and earthing of all three phases during execution to prevent accidental energization and ensure safety of personnel and equipment.All isolation and safety procedures shall be carried out strictly in accordance with standard electrical safety practices, relevant statutory regulations, and to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of old APFC panel by opening its incoming and outgoing connection and lifting the same from the base by opening, cutting its angles and nut bolts as per site requirement.

Shifting of the old Panel from the existing location to the store as per instruction of site in charge using Hydra etc required at site.

1Supply of Hybrid Intelligent Power Factor Correction System suitable with Static of 225 KVAR with capacitor duty contactor & accessories. for incomer no.1 & 2 with following specifications. Incomer with 1000 Amp ACB Outgoing On/Off indication light for each capacitor bank, MCB for Each Capacitor Bank, APFC relay (Programmable) 3 phase 4 wire 50Hz IGBT based ultra fast compensation, step less power factor correction having C-MOS technology-based microprocessor relay/controller for intelligent power factor control with real time power factor display, heavy duty power capacitor, suitable rating incomer/outgoing MCCB & MCB TP suitable rating power contactor, Automatic temp. control through fans & louvers in panel, double side earthing connection shall be installed inside the panel. OEM Rates as per SOR-2025. Item no. 14.1.14 Make of panel: Khatau / L&T or any other DJB Approved.

Supply of Static panel of 25 KVAR having MCB as incoming & outgoing for transformer in 2mm sheet steel enclosure powder coated for incomer no.1 & 2 as fixed static capacitor for static/fixed load with following specifications. (02 Nos.) On/Off indication light for each capacitor bank, MCB for Each Capacitor Bank, APFC relay (Programmable) shall be installed inside the panel. OEM Rates as per SOR-2025. Item no. 14.1.3 Make of panel: Khatau / L&T or any other DJB Approved 1

Supply of external sensing Current Transformer (CT) suitable for continuous sensing and monitoring of electrical load for proper operation of APFC system, complete with 2-core copper control cable of adequate size and insulation, suitable for LT electrical applications.The CT shall be compatible with the APFC controller, capable of accurate current sensing under varying load conditions, and suitable for continuous duty operation. The control wiring shall be of high-quality copper conductor with proper insulation, ensuring reliable signal transmission between CT and APFC controller. The item includes supply of CT along with control copper wire and shall be suitable for installation in LT panels as per site requirements. Make: DJB Approved.

Supply of LT Aluminum Conductor, PVC/XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured power cable of size 300 sq. mm, 3.5 Core, conforming to relevant IS standards, suitable for operation on 1100 V grade, for providing incoming power supply to 225 kVAR APFC Panel and 25 kVAR Static APFC Panels (02 Nos.) for Incomer No. 1 & 2, complete as per site requirements. The cable shall be suitable for installation in indoor/outdoor LT electrical systems and shall ensure reliable power transmission with adequate mechanical protection. As per S.O.R.-2025Approved Makes: Grandlay/ Any approved make of Delhi Jal Board (DJB).

Installation fixing of both HYBRID APFC Panel & static capacitor panel with all electrical and mechanical connection with proper thumbing tapping of cable connection with required civil work.

Replacement of burnt and damaged cable connected to the panel, Providing and fixing of LT tape and coating with epoxy paint.Work of insulating the panel mounted LT insulator with coating the Insulating bus bar supporting insulator with dr. back epoxy gel coat.

Inspection of the complete electrical panel after completion of installation, including verification of all electrical, mechanical, and control components, and performance testing under actual load conditions. The inspection shall cover checking of wiring, terminations, protection devices, control logic, sensing arrangements, and operational parameters to ensure proper functioning of the panel and associated equipment. The panel shall be tested on load to confirm correct power factor correction, stable operation, and compliance with technical specifications, to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge
