Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per the direction of the Engineer in charge

Labour charges for reinforced cement concrete nominal mix 1:2:4/1:12:3 using 20mm broken stone including charges for mixing, placing, compacting water curing etc also charges for conveying the material to the site from store/TiO2 Plant area etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for :Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Labour charges for reinforcement for RCC works, bending, tying and placing in position at any level including charges for conveying the material from store etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

Labour charges for fabrication and erection of hand rails in various floors at different levels with MS angle 65 x 65 x 6 mm at about 1.2 m c/c 25mm dia pipes for horizontals, toe board using MS flat and painting one coat metal primer and two over coats with rubber based paint after scrapping and cleaning the surface including charges for scaffolding, cost of cutting gas and welding rod, hire of tools etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

Labour charge for fabrication and erection of staircase steps, platforms, walkways etc. with MS chequered plate or MS Plate or PVC grating of any thickness including :<b>a) cutting new plate to required size and shape fixing in position either by welding (Full run) or by bolting and fixing the PVC grafting properly in the MS frame work<br>b)Painting iron primer one coat and two over coats with rubber based paint after clearing the surface thoroughly, cost of welding rods, cutting gas, hire of tools and charges for scaffolding also conveying MS materials from store and debris to the dump yard etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge

Providing and fixing stainless steel bolts including nuts and washers complete
