Supply, Installation and fixing of thermoplastic modular Panel enclosure of size 600x600x170mm with transparent polycarbonate lid, shock proof, IP65 weather proof, rust proof, dust proof, water proof, corrosion proof having internally embedded, gasket on both lid and flap with Hylum sheet (for fixing the component inside the box) suitable to fix 125A, 25KA, MCCB, MCBs and CBT connectors work including fixing the enclosure in the existing wall and fixing of CBT connectors. Work including supply of suitable rails (for fixing MCBs timer and CBT connectors) glands, fork busbar for MCBs neutral link (Bolt and nut type) and all wire and internal wiring in the enclosure by using suitable materials (such as wire and lugs) and provision for 3.5C x 95sq.mm cable gland for incomer and glands for 4R x 4C x 4sq.mm outgoing cable. The connection between MCCB to contactor and contactor to MCBs should be through 16sq.mm flexible copper wire and other wiring (from MCB to connector) through 6sq.mm copper wire with required lugs from MCB to connector, complete.

Supplying and fixing earth electrode for grounding of light circuits, using 40mm dia., 2.9mm thick, 2.5mtr long GI pipe with GI funnel with mesh and suitable –SBC reducer fixed on top of earth electrode. The funnel should be enclosed in CC chamber of 400x400x100mm with cast iron cover. The earth electrode shall have staggered holes of 12mm dia. And the electrode should be coved 150mm around pipe complete depth with alternate layers of salt and charcoal.
