The size of rail and and style as per IS-1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 35mm thick Ist class softwood Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) supplied and fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.63mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer on new or previously untreated wooden based or wood Surfaces of any description, not otherwise descri-bed, over 10cm width or girth, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for sheet glass 4mm thick ordinary quality and glazing with oit putty/wooden beads in squares, not exc. 0.5 Sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or conc surfaces etc incl racking out joints, hacking for key,scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 10mm thick Rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick wk or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Non -skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.06 Sqm but not exc. 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces 450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match , laid over and including 10mm thick bedding layer(plaster) in cement mortar 1:4 on surfaces of walls, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Vitreous China wash basin, angle back, size 600x480mm white, including cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand including 15mm pillar taps, with 32mm chromium plated waste coupling, waste pipe of bore 32mm, PVC connection pipe 450mm long with brass nuts on both side, fixed in repairs, including bracket's, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections,including cleaning for refixing or removal to store for 15 mm bore tubing, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

S&F for 15 mm bore GI tubing medium grade with all fitting laid under floors or fixed in wall, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 15mm bore Stop valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed completely fancy type chromium plated, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 15mm bore Bip taps, fancy type chromium plated and fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
