Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of one pair of insulated Hard Drawn Copper Pipe Refrigerant piping (liquid & suction) duly complete with all fittings and finished with two coated of enamel paint of approved colour code. Refrigerant piping shall be insulated with 19mm thick closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber insulation in tubing form including refrigerant as per site requirement etc. Complete as required.

Supply & Installation of suitable size of GI Ladder Tray for Copper Pipe & Condenser Power Cables etc.Complete as required.

Supply & Installation of GI Tray Cover of width Cable Tray (for Exposed Horizontal running at floor level) etc. Complete as required.

Supply & Installation suitable size of GI Piping along with all fittings for Humidifier Inlet with 9mm thick nitrile rubber indulation for PACs etc. Complete as required.

Supply & Installation of suitable size of GI condensate drain pipe with 9mm thick nitrile rubber indulation for PACs etc. Complete as required.

Supply & Installation of Extended Piping Kit (including additional Oil) as per site etc. Complete as required.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of extruded Aluminium Powder coated supply air floor grills of Heavy gauge high quality extruded Aluminium profile with aluminium blade, VCD's, suitable for mounting in false floor of size 600 x 600mm etc. inluding minor civil work etc. Complete as required.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 16mm thick Closed Cell Nitrile Rubber Insulation for Server room floor including minor civil work etc. Complete as required.

Supply & drawing of 4 C X 2.5 sqmm ,1.1Kv grade FRLS multicore copper conductor PVC insulated unarmourd cable in the surface/recess in medium class PVC conduit for indoor and outdoor unit connection etc.complet as required.

Supply of 4 Core X 25 sqmm, 1.1kv grade FRLS multicore copper conductor XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured cable as per IS : 7098:1988 with upto date amendments.

Supply and making end termination with Flame proof double brass compression gland and Copper thimbles for XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed copper conductor cable of 1.1kv grade of the 4 Core X 25 sqmm size as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of upto 35sqmm(clamped with 1mm thick saddle) on cable tray/Pipe/Raceway/Surfcace etc. complete as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of cubicle type panel made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet, totally enclosed, IP 42, modular type,floor mounted with channel base frame, dust and vermin proof, indoor, compartmentalized, modular type suitable for operation on 3 phase and neutral, 415 V, 50Hz AC system with extendable busbars on both sides including control wiring with 2.5 sq mm size FRLS wires/cable, interconnection, duly powder coated painting etc. including supply & installation of following switchgears, metering instruments and accessories including panel earthing and minor civil work. Supply of split Air conditioner with control box of indoor unit shall be flame retardant , cordless remote & of cooling capacity 6000 K Cal/hr (2 Ton) fitted with rotary /scroll /semi-hermetic compressor operating on refrigerant R -22 /Non CFC suitable for high wall mounting & suitable for operation on 230V, 50Hz, single phase AC supply capable of performing following functions; (i) Cooling (ii) Dehumidifying, (iii) Air Circulating, & (iv) Filtering. (Minimum inverter three star rating or more star rating).

Supply & Fixing of readymade wall mounted/Floor mounted MS stand suitable for installation of outdoor unit of above mentioned 1.5TR/2.0TR split Air-conditioners including painting etc. complete as required.

Supply & Fixing of 6 feet width,high velocity stainless steel ( SS 304 grade) body air curtain suitable to work on Three / single phase 415/230 volts +/- 5% , 50 Hz AC supply including power cable, top and hanging arrangment at entry/exit gate of building with all accessories i/c all minor civil worketc. complete as required.

Supply & Fixing of 4 feet width,high velocity stainless steel (SS 304 grade) body air curtain suitable to work on Three / single phase 415/230 volts +/- 5% , 50 Hz AC supply including power cable, top and hanging arrangment at entry/exit gate of building with accessories i/c all minor civil work etc. complete as required.

All Inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance Contract after completion of One years Defect Liability Period for the above 02 nos ,11 TR Precision Air Conditioning unit including periodical, preventive, break down maintenanceas per the OEM recommendations &AAI requirements and attending emergency breakdowns as and when required on 24 hrs basis (on all days including holidays) and including all necessary spares and consumables to keep the whole PAC system in perfect working condition etc. complete as required.
