Providing, Fabricating, Manufacturing, fixing and testing of Fibre Reinforced Polymer/Plastic (FRP) ornamental product casted in 3D design of approved design and pattern of approved make including MS Supporting frame work with epoxy primer and paint. The Sheets to be made of trapezoidal hollow channels of varying width/ depth and thickness as suggested by the manufacturer/ design and duly approved by the Engineer in charge. The Single Sheet thickness of 5 mm with fire retardant polyester resin and ensure excellent fire retardant properties with reference to IS6746. The work shall be done in approved size, pattern, colour and shade. Glass fibre of Owens Corning or Equivalent of 300 to 450-gsm mat to be used added with suitable FRP pigments by reputed manufacturer. FRP Sheets shall be fixed with suitable approved fasteners to the surrounding on surface of structural support framework. The FRP Single Sheets must be fixed in true to line & level/ plumb with edges finished, complete with all respect as desired and direction of Engineer in charge. The fixtures, fasteners and self-tapping screws to be used for dry fixing should be of HP/HILTI or equivalent. The quantity of fasteners or self-tapping screws shall be calculated in accordance to the weight of screens and actual site fixing conditions. Joint filling then Elastomeric exterior grade paintable PU Sealant shall be used wherever required. For final finishing of screen one weather shield exterior grade water based diluted paint coat will be done. Vendor shall submit shop drawings of the same duly approved by the engineer in charge at site before start of the work

Providing, fabricating, assembling and erection of Tensile Membrane Fabric of SATTLER/SERGE FERRARI/MEHLER Or equivalent make in desired profile as per conceptual drawings/tender drawing having minimum Tensile strength (Warp/Weft) 2800/2800N/50 mm & minimum tear strength (Warp/Weft) of 300/280N, high concentrated PVDF coating on both sides, polyester fabric and should be weldable without grinding having a minimum weight of 670 gm/sqm with a minimum 10 years warranty etc. of approved colour, over steel structure frames (underneath steel structure shall be paid separately) with all fittings and fixtures such as Galvanized MS End plate, Shackles, Rigging Screws , Turnbuckles, swedge, fork , keder rods &galvanized MS strands with stainless steel end terminals complete as per Drawing / Detail & as per particular/ technical specifications and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Rate includes cost of fabric, patterns, forming, cutting, fabrication, hot weld stitch of fabric, Transport to the site, assembling and installation with GI strands, hardware, EPDM gasket and required accessories wherever required complete including lifts up to all heights, tools & plants, and necessary scaffolding etc. required for all operations in all. NOTE: The rate shall include cost of raw material including import duty/ custom duty, transportation to site, designing, patterning, forming, cutting, welding, fixing and installation with GI cables, flashing, hardware with stainless steel 304 grade, studs and other fitting required for installation etc. and nothing extra shall be paid on account of these fittings & fixtures over the quoted rates. The Curved area of the installed fabric shall be measured for the payment)

Providing, Fabricating, Assembling, hoisting, erecting and placing in position MS Built-up section/Tubular Structure ( MS built-up section :- Rolled section & plates confirming to IS 2062,Tubular Structure:- made from Steel hollow sections(CHS/RHS/SHS) (ERW), ISI marked conforming to IS 1161/4923, (from SAIL / RINL / TATA/JINDAL/TATA BSL/APPOLO) in the profile shape as per conceptual drawings with special plate connector, pinion joints, Plates, hollow sections, Tie rods, etc, SAW/MMAW/MIG welding process with special plate connectors, pinion joints, plates, hollow sections, including Preparation of detailed fabrication and erection drawings of Structural steel work from design drawings, transportation from fabrication yard, cutting , threading, machining, leads and lifts up to all heights, tools & plants and necessary Cranes, erection machinery & tools, scaffolding etc. required for all operations involved to make structure of Tensile Membrane canopy. The structure has to be provided as per conceptual drawings of Tensile Fabric profile including all arch beams, curved lateral beams and bracings, vertical support columns, nodal joints, bases of columns having black phosphate coating (nuts and bolts to be paid included). The complete structure to be coated with epoxy primer 2 coats and two coats Polyurethane applications work at all locations in required DFT (dry film thickness) for each coat as per technical specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.(The rate include the cost of materials, scaffoldings, staging, hoisting, cranes, labour, tools and plants & equipment, transportation of material from workshop to site, assembling the segments and erection of the same).

Providing and fixing Aluminium composite panel cladding around the columns including circular columns, dead walls, edges of roofs, under side of ceiling, facia as per technical data at all heights. Aluminium composite panel shall be of approved makes and shades (inclusive of 20% Quantity for stainless steel brushshade) made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel comprising of Aluminium Skin of Minimum 0.5mm of 5005 Alloy with KYNAR 500/Hylar 5000 PVDF based fluorocarbon resin and Lead free Coating of approved finish +3mm thick non-combustible mineral based polymer core compliance to A2, s1, d0 As per En13501-1, ASTM E119 and NBC Guidelines 2016 +0.5mm aluminium skin of 5005 Alloy with service coat bond with either Sandwichor co extrusion process. Overall weight of the panel shall not be less than 8 kg per sqm as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone non streaking sealant, backer rods etc. The Aluminium frame work behind ACP panel shall consists of rectangular tube 2mm thick 38 mm X 50 mm as main frame, shall be fixed to existing RCC/MS structure with 5 mm MS galvanized brackets wherever required. Nylon separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts all complete required to be provided. The Contractor shall provide aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics all complete , as per the Architectural drawings, as per Item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm up to two decimal places. Aluminium framework cost behind ACP panel shall also be included in this item.

Providing Engineering Consultancy Services for Design Engineering, and patterns of Architectural Membrane, cables and related perimeter attachments & hardware including associated structural steel members, supporting member for electrical installation etc in respect to Tensile membrane fabric with all relevant calculation sheet and vetted by I.I.T/NIT/ Govt.Engg. college. Issue of "Good for Construction drawings' and revision of drawing and its vetting if required during execution etc. as specified in tender document and any other details related to consultancy work which are essential for successful execution of work etc. complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer in-charge. Note: The steel structure member has to be designed as per conceptual drawings/ tender drawings of tensile fabric profile including all arch beams, curved lateral beams, and bracings, vertical supports, columns, nodal joints, bases of columns, all inclusive in the item and nothing extra payable.

Providing Engineering Consultancy Services for Design Engineering, and patterns of Architecture including MS supporting framework, sheet, hollow channel sections work, hardware, supporting members for electrical installation etc in respect of FRP Vestibule with all relevant calculation sheet/ drawings and vetted by I.I.T/NIT/ Govt.Engg. college. Issue of "Good for Construction drawings' and revision of drawing and its vetting if required during execution etc. as specified in tender document and any other details related to consultancy work which are essential for successful execution of work etc. complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer in-charge. Note: The steel structure member has to be designed as per conceptual drawings/ tender drawings of vestibule including all bracings, vertical supports,etc all inclusive in the item and nothing extra payable.
