Plain cement concrete nominal mix 1:4:8 (one cement : four sand : eight graded stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidentials.The rate is inclusive all taxes levy by the government time to time Including GST.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (one Cement isto three coarse sand) isto six graded stone aggregate 20 mm(twenty milimeter) nominal size). The rates are inclusive cost and carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer -In- Charge.The rate is inclusive all taxes levy by the government time to time excluding GST.

Earth work in excavation for structures in all depths as per drawing and M.O.R.D.technical specification section 300 & 1600 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal in all lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated Suitable materials. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damage to hill side, water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited). All earth work in cutting/excavation including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines grades, side slopes, width, camber super elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, hauling and stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner, filling of unevenness and finishing the road to specified dimension or as directed by the Enginer-in-Charge. If the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water or water is met with in the excavation due to spring seepage, rain and other causes it shall be removed by suitable diversion, bailing out or pumping as directed and the area of the foundation or embankment shall be kept dry. Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the whole responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost .The rate is inclusive all taxes levy by the government time to time including GST.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10(one cement: five sand:ten graded crushed / broken stone aggregate 40 mm (forty milimeters) nominal size ) plums and curing complete including the cost of form work in Retaining walls Breast walls, in or under water complete including, pumping or bailing out water ,dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arisen at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/depths including cost of form work as per drawings and MORD technical specifications section 800, 900,1200 & 1600 and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals .The rate is inclusive all taxes levy by the government time to time including GST.

Providing and Laying Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements having thickness 60 mm (sixty milimeter) as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504. and to the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer - in- Charge including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect.The rate is inclusive all taxes levy by the government time to time Including GST.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion confirming to IS:8887 (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor including preparing the surface and cleaning with mechnical broom on bituminous surface @ 0.275 kg/sqm (at the rate of zero point two seven five kilogramme per square metre) as per technical specification, complete in all respect including haulage of material in all leads and lifts by all modes of transportation and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate is inclusive all taxes levy by the government time to time including GST.

Providing, laying and rolling by mechnical means bitumen (VG-10) of open graded premix carpet of 20mm (twenty millimetre) thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm (thirteen point two millimetre to five point six millimetre) aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen at the rate of 1.46 (one point four six ) kilograme per square metre to required line, grade and level to surve as wearing couase on a previously prepared base, including mixing in suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN (eighty-hundred kilo newton) static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type-B as per technical sepcification Clause 508 including all corrective measures such as patching pot holes, sealing of cracks including all profile correction for all depths and hauling of material with in all leads and lifts by all modes of transportation.The rate is inclusive all taxes levy by the government time to time including GST

Providing and laying seal coat Type-B by mechanical means sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the sepcified levels, grade and crossfall using Bitumen (VG-10) at the rate of 0.68 (zero point six eight) kilograme per square metre as per technical specificaiton Clause 510 including hauling of material with in all leads and lifts by all modes of transportation.The rate is inclusive all taxes levy by the government time to time including GST.

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4mm (four millimetre) diametre G.I. wire conforming to IS: 280 and IS: 4826 in 100mm x 100mm (one hundred millimetre into one hundred millimetre) mesh (woven diagonally) including 10% (ten percent) extra for laps and joints laid with stones boulders weighting not less than 25 Kg. Providing and Laying bituminous concrete 25mm (25 millimetre) compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 (Thirty) @ 5.4 to 5.6 % (at the rate of five point four to five point six per cent) (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 3% (three percentage) (percentage by weight of aggregatre) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 (Hundred - one hundred twenty) TPH capacity by using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required garde, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete in all respect including haulage of material in all leads and lifts by all modes of transportation and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate is inclusive all taxes levy by the government time to time including GST.
